NEW at Essence — we've been working on something. 🤍

Our full Health Optimization hub is now live at essence.health/health — one place to explore everything we offer on the wellness side of our practice.

✦ Health Optimization
✦ Functional Medicine
✦ Hormone Optimization
✦ Gut Health Optimization
✦ Metabolic Optimization
✦ Vitamin Injections

Every program starts with two things: a real conversation about how you've been feeling, and comprehensive labs covering 60+ biomarkers. Your symptoms tell us where to look. Your labs help us understand why. Neither one gives us the full picture alone.

Because quality of life matters, and you deserve to feel good in your day-to-day.

If you've been told everything looks fine but you haven't felt fine in a while, we built this for you. And if you feel great already? Staying that way is worth being intentional about, too.

👉 Visit essence.health/health to explore. Kerri's informational webinar is right at the top if you'd like to hear her walk through our approach.

When I moved back to Iowa, I met Haylee of @masonbeckcreative for coffee at @getroastedcoffeeiowa . What was meant to be a quick coffee meet-up turned into an instant friendship.

Now her family is in a new home, and I get to help design it, including her home office. The space where her ideas come to life and her business keeps growing.

Designing for someone you truly know is special. I get to reflect her confidence, her love of color, and her energy in a way that feels natural and true to her. She embraces personality, and her office should feel just as bold and intentional as the work she creates.

I love creating spaces that tell real stories and support real dreams. Here’s to community, collaboration, and cheering each other on along the way. 🤍💜

Saying “yes” to the dress is one of the most unforgettable moments in wedding planning, and @marabrides in Charles City makes it just as special as the gown itself. 🤍✨

Their collection is elegant, timeless, and curated with today’s bride in mind, but it’s their personal care and expertise that truly set them apart. From the first fitting to the final selection, they’re dedicated to helping every bride feel confident, radiant, and completely themselves. In addition to their timeless dresses, they also offer beautiful accessories and the largest selection of menswear in Northeast Iowa.
