Sometimes the right people show up exactly when you need them… 🙌

Met Mason (and Mark + Grandma Penny!) on a random vacation night—bonded instantly over DANCE, of all things 💃🕺—and fast forward to now… Mason + Elena from @ghosttreedigital just helped us launch the official KB Home Repairs website! 🛠️💻

They’ve been amazing to work with, super clear communication, and I’m so pumped about how it turned out!

👉 Check it out: www.kbhomereps.com
👉 And go give @ghosttreedigital a follow—tell 'em I sent ya!

Fun Fact: working for Shane at @sugar_shanes is what inspired me to start Ghost Tree Digital!

The meteoric rise of a charismatic home baker to a multi-location, franchising, cookie dealer was inspiring. And more than anything, the quality of what we were serving taught me that there will always be a market for high quality

Today marks the 33 year anniversary of the American Disability Act passed.
These rights were not given but fought for and we must fight for more. We do this by raising awareness in our communities that disabled people can do anything.

Oji Dannelley, she/her, Ascension and aPart

Performing both physically integrated dance and dance for disabled bodies, Dances With Wheels' philosophy is to build beautiful movement in harmony with the body exactly as it is in the now.
Ascension' created by Douglas Scott for Full Radius Dance has had a special place in our hearts, and we are proud to have brought it back. Oji first began performing this piece nearly 10 years ago with different dance partners, male, and female, over that time. Mason and she performed this duet first in 2016 and many times over their time with Full Radius Dance. In the spirit of the Douglas Scott physically integrated dance philosophies, we found such excitement in "transposing" the choreography yet again to fit our bodies as they are now. Knowing that the power behind this duet was in the emotion and spatial relationships that Douglas refined over the years, it was an honor to still capture that power while honoring our bodies as they have changed. and “Our short, ‘aPart’ tells an abstract story of togetherness. This togetherness is given meaning through shared traumas and the eventuality of being pulled away. Interpersonal bonds both present and past shape our personhood. For better or worse, we cannot escape that influence no matter how distant.”
