We’re very fresh with this and I’ve barely scraped the surface when it comes to education of this illness but so far so good. We’ve found this is what works for me and being fuelled enough for our style of training 💪🏻 I’m Lucky enough to have my beautiful wife supporting me through this and making some delicious meals. Onwards and upwards 😋❤️

Day 1 of next chapter I guess 🤷‍♂️

Friday me canNOT be trusted 😂

Not because I suddenly stop caring about my goals, but because by the end of the week my brain has made approximately 47,000 decisions and the last thing I want to think about is what I’m eating next.

I used to leave food up to whatever I felt like on the day. And funnily enough, tired, hungry, frustrated “Friday Jess” did NOT make the same decisions “Sunday Jess” does 😂

So I prep (and if you’ve filled me long enough you know I do this every Sunday and it’s a habit I’ve had for years).

A couple of hours on Sunday to cook, portion everything out, clean up and put it away, and it is one of the best investments I make in my week.

Breakfast is weighed. Lunches are ready. Snacks are sorted. Dinner ingredients are there.

I don’t have to keep deciding.

I just grab it and eat it.

And when life is already full of work, family, training, grandkids and everything else we carry, removing a few decisions makes staying consistent so much easier.

This week the teenager and I have pasta veggie bolognese and chicken salad wraps 🤌🏼

What’s one meal you always love having prepped and ready to go?

Body building Tuesday 😤

Today’s session
- 5x5 bench #110kgs
- 3x15 incline bench #30kgs
- Chaotic strict press #50kgs
- 3x10 russian dips

I’m a big fan of skipping accessories/ isolated strength pieces so I now jam them all into one session so I only have to hate myself once a week

@artaya.cf also benched 60kgs for 5 so you pussies better be ready for a 1rm bench at down under this year I’m calling it early.

Day 78/100. Probably the most relieving feeling in the world is finding your circle. It sounds so cliche but it couldn’t be more true. Changing your environment could change your life, if they’re not for you they’re against you. Find friendships that want the best for you and want you to succeed just as much as them ⚔️
