@fit_tribe_kulture triggered me into bw ss crosses. I’ve been trying for a while, my body is a bit slow to recognize patterns. My knees only allow me to practice once a week. A bit of backwards free styling in the third.

My girls taught me how to slow-jump 😆 together. I really had to think about @oldschooldinosaur s challenge too, to do triple jumps and only jumping the rope once. Slooowww. Jumping with my girls is just the best.

#resolutionhandstand2021, day 3 stag-shape.
I had a wobbly busy start and was intrigued by the double triangle, so I tried to add it to the shifts.

The next video is multitasking, trying a new thing for me: kicking up with my OTHER leg. More wobble! So hesitant!
And adding to that, learning my youngest to 🧶 crochet.
