POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A field. A fibre. A loom. A pair of hands.
A wash. A stitch. A life.

We shot these garments at Dhobi Ghat in Delhi, a place where textiles are washed, handled and cared for.

It made us think about everything a garment carries into that water. The colour, the finishes, the chemicals used to transform it and what can be carried out with it.

For us, considered making begins much earlier. With textiles that remain raw, undyed and unbleached where possible, and colour created through processes like eco-printing with repurposed temple flowers.

Because what we put into a textile eventually has somewhere to go.

PHASE 3 of 5
REBELLIOUS

Not every rebellion is visible. Sometimes it exists between the heart that wants to heal and the mind that refuses to let go. The loudest battles are often the ones no one else can hear.

BAS MAZAAK THA
Phase 2/5 - FEAR & SELF CONSCIOUSNESS

It’s strange how “just a joke” can become someone’s inner voice.

The fear of being seen.
That’s it!

BAS MAZAAK THA
Phase 1/5 — Beginning

It starts quietly.
A comment. A laugh. A comparison.

The beginning of an insecurity that was never “just a joke.”
A visual narrative on the five phases of insecurity and body dysmorphia which starts in ordinary places like school.

Somewhere along the way, we realised Index | Seasonless’ 25 wasn’t just the name of the collection- it is a reference point. A space we kept returning to whenever the noise felt too much and we needed to find our centre.

Behind the scenes, things rarely move in straight lines. There are doubts, rewrites, and days that feel heavier than others. Index became the reminder to pause, look back at our core choices, and design from a place of clarity.

This collection is exactly that for us, a marker we’ll return to when we need grounding, and a quiet reminder of why we do what we do.

Paired with The Ease is the Cocoon Colourblocked Jacket. Reach out via DM to explore our one-off styles.
