We are immensely proud of our short film ‘Samhain’.
Inspired by our own experience, we know how essential it is to show an authentic and meaningful portrayal of this world.
The grief, isolation, joy, magic, pain - all living side by side in a world you’ve never known before.

The response we’ve received so far has been nothing short of incredible. It shows how needed these stories are. There is something so powerful about opening up your experience in order to allow others to feel seen and I hope we’ve achieved that ❤️

Getting a late diagnosis of Autism or ADHD, can for many, create a sense of grief, about what their pasts might have looked like, had they been diagnosed earlier and how their outlook on life can change.

River graduates from preschool this week and what a journey it’s been 🥹
After a rocky few weeks in his initial preschool, where I was told daily that they couldn’t support him… the stars aligned and he started in the place that would become his home for the next 2 years.

This photo was taken on his first day. I couldn’t believe how happy he was from the moment he arrived. Seán put it perfectly….“He knows he’s being accepted and not just tolerated”.

He had only just turned 3 and I was afraid for him. I had no idea what the future would hold. But it goes to show the absolute strides a child can make when they are in an environment that supports them.

I’m really proud of him … and us! Because it’s been really hard at times (and I certainly don’t have it all figured out), but what a lesson it’s been in staying present and focusing on what’s in front of us.

So if you’re in the thick of it, or not knowing what school is going to look like this year… I’m here to say : Tune in, Stay present, Keep calm and Listen to your gut- it’s your greatest gift to you and your child 🤍

We have a few more surprises under our hats, and cannot wait to share with you 🙊

I’m so proud and honoured and thank @frankwkelly and the team for screening it.

On a personal note, this story was inspired by my own journey with our son River, and so many people seemed to resonate with it.
It has been the epitome of transforming a difficult time into a piece of art. And really, through all the highs and lows, that’s the most important thing… Making art that touches audiences and inspires change x
