POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

So many incredible takeaways from the #TeamUSA 🇺🇸 training with my ICO brothers and sisters. Got personalized instruction from Coach @sam.gonzalez17 on forms and weapons to help me better my craft. Coach @coachbrandonc poured into me to help me sharpen my axe in the ring. And @mastergoodwin was giving me nuggets from arrival until the moment I left. He’s like a wizard. This crew is amazing, the opportunity is special, and the reward is humility. 🙏🏻

We been bangin lol. The way you respect each other even more from just sparring needs to genuinely be studied lol, even when it comes to making new relationships with people. But that brotherly love upgrades tenfold after years and years and years of fighting each other 🙌🏾. It definitely unlocks something different within your relationships in life.
We gone be bangin til we 87 😂. All love man 🥊
