No matter what my real life throws at me, or whatever limitations my body has on a given day, the tricking community always has my back and gives me a sense of purpose and direction. Ironically, tricking keeps me grounded. I've been at it long enough that it's part of my identity, yet I'm young enough that my best tricking days may still be ahead. The program I'm building with @inverted.kt and @carter.keystone , including the @keystone.tricking gathering, has been the most personally fulfilling passion project of my life. And places like @dmvtricking remind me that as a tricker I am involved in something greater than the sum of its parts. I firmly believe tricking is for everyone. No matter who you are or where or when you start. You belong in tricking. #tricking #keystonegathering #flips #dmvgathering

Luna Cat Collective has been a dream of mine for a long time, and it wouldn't be where it is today without my amazing husband, Brendan. @letsmastertricking He's been running around behind the scenes supporting me where I need it - be it laundry for the cat café, restocking the merchandiser, swapping out litter, making sure our own cats are fed, and making sure I eat as well to have the energy to keep working. With his help, we've been able to turn this cat cafe into something we are both extremely proud of and will continue to nurture for many years to come. He's a martial arts tricker and a teacher at heart, and all of his experience and wisdom he's learned over the years is continuously being passed forward to the community. At the root of it all, we are here for three things: the cats, the community, and the culture we create together at Luna Cat Collective. Thank you for joining us on this wild, wonderful ride 🫶 #謝謝 #歡迎光臨 #貓咖啡廳 #極限倵術 #CatCafe

Luna Cat Collective in Ellicott City, Maryland 🐱 A delightful cat cafe and safe haven for adoptable cats! @lunacatcollective When you walk into this bright, airy cafe, purchase a timed pass to visit with these amazing kitties! Your pass comes with unlimited coffee and tea. If you’re just stopping by the cafe, separate cafe access tickets are for sale! You have a choice of slippers or socks before you enter the cats’ paradise! After washing your hands and listening to the rules (be kind and be mindful of the cats’ boundaries), you are whisk(er)ed away into a realm of true cat-dom! Every toy known to human- and cat-kind can be found. You are encouraged to tempt the cats with the toss of a faux mouse or the swipe of a feather toy! Most are very willing to oblige and scuttle around after them! The cats free roam around the space, choosing various cat trees and couches and baskets to snooze on or in. Lines of food bowls attract the cats toward the center! Secret hidden holes are cut through walls to give the cats places to escape and recharge their social batteries. Each cat has a unique personality — and the owners are always around to tell you about them! The owners, Ruth and Brendan, care deeply for each and every one of the cats they care for. It was wonderful to see a place where these cats can really thrive as they wait for their furever families. Spotlight: Baby Girl, Senior Cat — Age 12. This sweet little grump took to the far left couch, guarding her own personal food bowl. Sitting next to her was so peaceful. She’s the type who likes her space, but wants to be close enough to you — just in case she wants some pets! I love cats with independence and spunk like her. If you’re interested in adopting Baby Girl, please visit https://www.lunacatcollective.com/rescue-and-adoption to submit your adoption application. Stop by and experience the magic of this Taiwanese-inspired cat cafe from Monday-Wednesday, Friday, & Sunday: 12pm-7pm and Saturday: 3pm-10pm. Tricking session in barefoot footwear: Here’s a more close-up and action-packed reel of this same 10-move combo from my previous reel, but instead with me spinning in the opposite direction, using opposite arm/leg, etc. than what I did in the previous reel. Thanks Decathlon Club Lille intern for filming 🎥. Really appreciate it brother 🙏🏼🤜🏼🤛🏼! I made one slight move error. In the previous reel I did a pop 268° round kick 🦵🏼(counterclockwise spinning jump with right leg kick). So in this reel I should’ve done a pop 268° round kick 🦵🏼 (clockwise spinning jump with left leg kick). But taxed with the mental difficulty of remembering this 10-move combo while also doing the combo (physically taxing), I erroneously did a pop 268° crescent kick 🦵🏼(counterclockwise spinning jump with left leg kick). Not a problem, it’s all good practice, but today’s session underlined to me that tricking can be not only physically grueling but also a mental challenge (remembering a double-digits combo that you just came up with while doing the combo is not easy, at least for me 😮‍💨😂🧠💪🏼). Thus, my ever-so-slightly modified 10-move combo: Kneeling 🧎🏻‍♂️ to jump squat + cartwheel 🤸🏻‍♂️ with right arm/leg leading + pop 268° crescent 🌙 kick 🦵🏼(counterclockwise spinning jump with left leg kick) + forward roll + macacao 🇧🇷 with left arm as the base + counterclockwise left-leg-off-the-ground back sweep 🧹 + counterclockwise tornado 🌪️ kick (right leg kicking) + hook 🪝 kick (left leg) + pop 180° crescent 🌙 kick (left leg) + butterfly 🦋 kick with right arm/leg leading # of sets: 10 (5 one way and 5 everything the opposite way) Tricking session powered💥 by: ✔️ my world-class @softstarshoes 10.2 mm Primal (wide) RunAmoc barefoot athletic shoes 👣🌟 ✔️ @aonijie_official Professional Running Low Cut Toe Socks-E4839 👣. ✍🏼 📆 : ✔️ 15th workout at the legendary Decathlon Fitness Club Lille 💪🏼🌟. ✔️ 17th workout in my @softstarshoes Primal (wide) RunAmoc barefoot athletic shoes 👣🌟📰. ✋🏼🤚🏼💪🏼🦵🏼👣🌷🌱🌲🌞 #tricking #barefootfootwear 27 March 2026 Lille, France 🇫🇷
