Albuquerque Mindset + Skills Camp Highlights 🏀

At our Mindset + Skills Camp, athletes had the opportunity to develop both their game and the mindset behind how they perform.

One of the biggest concepts we talked about was mental strength: being able to accept the moment for what it is without needing it to be different.

The game won’t always go as planned. Missed shots, mistakes, pressure and unexpected moments are part of it. The goal is learning how to stay present, accept what the moment is giving you, and respond.

Thank you to every athlete and family who trusted us with their development. More to come. 🏀🧬

Happy 17th Birthday Mateo my love ❤️

I have loved watching you grow up into the person you are!

I seriously don’t know how you are 17 already!! I hope you always know how much I love you and how proud I am to be your mom.

You’ll always be my baby no matter how old you get. I hope 17 is a great year for you and brings you so many amazing things.

Happy Birthday my love ❤️ I love you more than you know.
