IDs I Have Loved & Missed, part 8: The Mat Zo remix (2007) of U2's 2000 single "Beautiful Day." This classic was played by a number of DJs near the conclusion of the "golden age" of trance. Strangely, it never received an official release, despite the Irish band's frequent dabbling into electronic music - see "Lemon", the Ferry Corsten Remix of "New Year's Day", collaborations with Perfecto and William Orbit, etc. (Track overlayed to the Elevation 2001 concert film bonus features.) #U2 #matanzohar #beautifulday #progressivetrance

Lots of new stuff to say but 🇬🇧 🇬🇧 🇬🇧 spent most of my time talkin to people at this show the truly memorable part is the conversations always the promoters, people at the show, the other DJs, my hired gun shooting video @klasvisuals , we all became friends at some point in the past or just the other night at ministry, we spend all of our time being fans of this stuff, we’ve been around for a while and we will keep it going till next time cheers!!! 🍻

“Live from the Gorge Ampitheater, this is Group Therapy 700” Hearing this iconic announcement irl in a breathtaking venue surrounded by the warmth of Anjuna family—unparalleled! Maxed out this carousel for a chronological series of shared fortunate events 💫 Ah, the ancient ritual of gathering and swaying. So it begins, warm-up set on Night 0 featuring disco Yakult totem 🪩 ✨ sunset glow of pure enjoyment 🏕️ Nothing quite like waking up the sounds of the campsite: the miles of soft chatter, the multiple speakers playing, the clanging and scents of meals going 🍳 Spent Saturday morning with hours of meditation and yoga. To close, we formed one massive circle of energy bc we’re just a bunch of hippies in Connection ⚡️ 🙌🏽 An incredible venue! And yes sir ALL the generations are present for the weekend My first abgt with bestie and veteran 🌱 Anjunabeats day! We made it to the bus! Mat Zo opening with Easy. A moment for my soul. The windpocalypse arrives 🌬️ The show was paused indefinitely and we had to evacuate the bowl. Up next, a 2hr waiting game of hunkering down while the gorge and our campsites faced 50-70 kmph winds. Everyone’s on their own adventure tonight. These 2 reuniting after 9 years was the pause highlight. The rest of the night became the episode, “The One with the Friends from Portland” 🚨Heard the stage blasting while we were back at camp, saw their announcement on social media—show is ON fam. Followed the music and NO WORDS CAN DESCRIBE THAT RUSH OF COLLECTIVE ELATION Danced in the rain and nothing else mattered 🌧️ Thank you @aboveandbeyond ♥️ ☕️ Day 3: Rainy morning. Canopies flew away. Tents are moist. Car is the new living room. Lores of the windpocalypse were shared. Timecheck ⏰ 3PM Rain has stopped and sound check is live! Anjuna camp, arise! It’s Anjunadeep Open Air tonight! (lol spot the abandoned tents) 🫧 Whimsy maxxing 🫧 No one warned me ABGT is peak PLUR 🍄 we are now HANA fan girls Bless Marsh and the humans who share their flow to light up the night 💡 Ben Bohmer’s closing set was emotional and truly captivating. 📝 Adding to Top Sets of My Life Sun’s out, things have dried ish, camp’s packed up, w
