From my first walker to a dear friend. ❤️ @billzbythepound was walker number one with my 12 walks series and today I got to join one of her HIIT classes at Freedom Boat Club and she brought the energy! 💪 Such a great turnout and so many fun vendors there too.I’m only 3 weeks post explant surgery so I definitely had to modify the workout and listen to my body but I still got a GREAT sweat in. And with a rainy weekend ahead in Charleston it felt especially good to get outside, move my body and be around people. Thank you Billie!🩷

Showing up for each other is truly beautiful. 💕

And the power was never in one person. It was in every person who showed up. 💗

Pretty in Pink was a reminder of what happens when we bring our individual gifts, stories, and hearts together for something bigger.

To every coach, vendor, and attendee—thank you for turning movement into meaningful impact.

This is the kind of community we’re here to build. Together. 🎀

@hellosydneylynn you’ve outdone yourself with capturing these moments. 🥹
