a late summer morning in my life ✨

the habits that have genuinely transformed my mindset and how I show up for myself as someone who runs her own business includes:

01- subconscious rewiring using @activationsapp which is the perfect habit stack as I listen to the affirmations when doing my skincare or guided meditation when walking (comment MINDSET to receive my personalised playlist when you sign up)

02- morning movement before work has been essential to boost my energy, mindset and just set the tone for a positive day ahead. for me, I love switching between pilates workouts and nature walks.

03- using @theproductivitymethod daily planner to organise my day and set tasks using a proven framework that actually makes me procrastinate less and feel less overwhelmed because I’m a type A girl so this works for me! (not an ad, just love and been using for years)

It’s never just the workout.

It’s the mood.
The movement.
The people.
