Squad level up!!! 🏆🏆🏆

Well done to everyone promoted, including the stripes! Well deserved and, for some, long overdue! 🙌

Fantastic commitment, incredible team spirit, and a laugh a minute 🤙🤙🤙

As we close in on the six month mark to see the team and community gel in such an awesome way is inspiring! ❤️❤️❤️

The level is incredibly high for such a short time open 🥇

Week in review, week 5 at @ima.leeds! 📈

The front of the building was painted black to complete the look 😍😍😍 swipe for before and during! We're always aiming for little improvements at the academy. Special thanks to @cjmardon for going the extra mile as usual ❤️👏👊

We gave out our first belts at the academy! After years of training, it was a pleasure to reward @jamessmcintyree, @louis_power, and @rabbimbatamma their blue belts and to give out some stripes also! Well done, guys. We're looking forward to seeing you guys in competition soon.🏅💪🥊

We released the IMA kit which sold out of some sizes pretty much immediately despite a large order size 🤯🤯🤯

Other than that, we started our video content production. It was a pleasure to see some faces on the mats from the past, big infrastructure improvements, and more planned in the pipeline ✅️

This week is going to be a big one 😊

WBC Muay Thai Champion, pro MMA fighter and all-around lovely man @mat.dmt is @ima.leeds Head Striking Coach 🥊🥊

Like a lot people with an incredibly dangerous set of skills, Mateusz displays a real calm and friendliness in his day to day life, and that's another reason why we love his classes on top of his true mastery. 😎🤓📈

We're extremely grateful for his tuition as we know he's extremely sought after! 🙏💪

With over 100 Muay Thai fights across a storied ammy and pro Thai career, Mateusz actively competes in MMA with his next pro fight on July 1st on @almightyfightin against an undefeated opponent. 🥊💥🤼‍♂️

Mateusz teaches Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at IMA 👨‍🏫📈

The classes are filling up fast, ping us a DM if you'd like to see what it's like🤔🤔🤔✅️

📣📣 Week in review, @ima.leeds Week 4! 🎊🎉

We opened on May 7th, and we passed 50 members this week. To say I'm grateful would be an understatement, I'm thrilled at the team atmosphere, and I'm excited to see where we're going together. Thank you ❤️🤗

The Khabib Seminar on Bank Holiday Monday was a huge success with more than 90 people on the mats, including multiple coaches. Nice to have positive feedback on something I've worked hard on. 🦅🤼‍♂️

We brought @madsburnell over for a seminar and rounds, and I'm genuinely happy to say he beat the absolute crap out of me (technically, the mans a gent). I've learned a ton from being ragdolled, and I'm excited to implement it and level up the squad. 🤯🤯🤯

He's world-class, and I'm looking forward to the next time we can train. The banter has been great, and it's been nice to take the foot off the gas from building the businesses to get smeshed, ready to get right back to it this week. 🏆🏅

Rounds with Mads saw eight (I could count) gyms come together, and train on the mats, and I'm super thankful for those who made the trip 🙏

Yesterday, a long-term training partner @endgamemma1 had back to back wins, winning a belt fighting from @avt and IMA. 🥇

Other things happening in MMA I can't talk about yet I don't think but all positive when they are aired.

Happy chappy and coach.

Let's go!

It's been an absolute pleasure to host @madsburnell at @ima.leeds this weekend.

It was great to pick his brain on MMA tactics, grappling and ground and pound.

Tough rounds, useful information, and a meme machine 😂 The banter has been hilarious.

Fantastic feedback for the seminar, and we'll be covering the deets all this week.

It's been one busy week 😴.

15 one-to-ones delivered in 2.5 days. The scary thing is next week is looking busier. The even scarier thing.....

I wouldn't have it any other way 🙌.

Love the athletes I get to work with week in week out. Some I have been working with for a few weeks, some we are nearly up to 2 years. Here's to many more.

The cage is in and being used already! Seeing this place come together is some buzz I tell you! 😍🤯

Watching @mat.dmt and @branden__guest do rounds feels like I should be doing a ppv.🤼‍♂️🏆

The bag rack is in too, and stocked with two six foot bags, a wrecking ball, and a tear drop. 🥊💣💥

Realism for kicks and general strikes, uppercuts, and body shots respectively!! ✅️✅️✅️

You can see a sneak peak of the kit also. We'll show you our @ima.leeds range very shortly! 👕👖

Big thanks to @revgeareurope for all their help.

Also, who can sleep like that 🫢🤔😴😴😴

There's always going to be a ceiling in which physical attributes like strength carry over to striking.

From my experience most combat sport athletes are nowhere near this.
