My favorite surfer is home for fall break! 🏄‍♂️🌊❤️

A senior at the University of Utah Business School, working hard toward his future, but always finding his way back to the ocean.

So proud of the young man my son has become! ❤️

And here’s your little reminder that health isn’t just about what we eat or which supplements we take.

It’s also about movement, sunshine, nature, doing what we love, and enjoying life!🌞

Because what’s the point of living longer if we’re not truly LIVING? ☀️🌊

Ibiza with my 21-year-old son… and people kept saying, “Aww, you came to Ibiza with your mom?” 😂 And he proudly answered, “Yeah!”

But honestly, I’m the one who feels blessed. Blessed that we have this kind of connection, that we genuinely enjoy traveling together, and that he still wants to bring his mom along for the adventure. ❤️🙌🏻

Beautiful beaches, unforgettable sunsets, dancing, laughter, and incredible music—FISHER, Anyma, and Martin Garrix were definitely highlights. But the most priceless part was simply experiencing it all together✨✨✨.

They say, “We don’t stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing.”

I never want to stop traveling, dancing, discovering cool music, laughing, and making memories with the people I love most. Life is meant to be lived—and this trip was one for the books. ✨🌊🎶

✨Yesterday was one of those days I’ll never forget.

🏄Paddleboarding on the ocean, celebrating with my son, spending time with wonderful friends, and ending the night watching fireworks over the water… moments like these remind me what a beautiful life we’re blessed to live.🙌🏻✨

I’m so grateful to call America home and to be part of this incredible little community in Corona del Mar. 🇺🇸Freedom, family, friendship, and gratitude don’t just fill our hearts—they nourish our health in ways science is only beginning to appreciate.

Here’s to celebrating the people we love, the country we call home, and making memories that last a lifetime. ❤️🇺🇸

Summer Solstice ✨ 🌞

The longest day of the year.
The most light.✨
The most love.❤️

Yesterday we celebrated at our home with Latvian traditions, wildflowers, white dresses, flower crowns, cacao, music, food, healers, friends, laughter, and so much heart.🥰

I grew up making flower crowns every summer in Latvia, and teaching my American girlfriends how to weave them for the first time felt so special — like bringing a piece of my childhood, my culture, and my ancestors into this new chapter of my life.✨

We sat in circle, shared who we are, how we met, and what we are calling into this powerful season of light.

And then… the universe gave me a moment I will never forget. 🤍

To be surrounded by my love, my son, my friends, flowers, music, and the most beautiful energy felt like a dream I was somehow living inside.🙌🏻

My heart is very full.

May this season remind us that life can still surprise us.
That love can deepen.
That community is medicine.
That beauty is healing.
And that when we gather with intention, magic really does happen.✨🌼🦋❤️
