Come find us on the dance floor 💃🏼 - Nashville Dance Fest 🎉

Day 3 in Nashville was one for the books! 💃🏼🎶

We kicked things off with dance lessons, followed it up with a silent disco, and somehow ended up doing a spontaneous waltz at a takeout restaurant 😂. Then it was live music all night long — basically the perfect Music City day. 🤠✨

The past few months have been very fun lifting my spirits, taking the opportunity to travel more than usual!! Not all treasure is silver and gold, and looking to keep adding more trips and memories to the near future!

Nashville Dance Fest Vol. 4 — what a weekend. 💜

I danced until my body was tired and my heart was full. I learned from and danced alongside some incredible choreographers and instructors, reconnected with familiar faces, and added even more people to this amazing dance community I’m so grateful to be part of.

And maybe one of the coolest parts? Sindie and I choreographed a dance together — two friends, two instructors, doing something we both love so much. 💃

Every time I come home from a weekend like this, I’m reminded that line dancing has given me so much more than dances to learn and teach. It has given me friendships, confidence, opportunities, memories, and a community that just keeps growing.

My heart is SO full. Nashville, you were good to me. Until next time. 💛 #countinkickswithcoco #everybodyeveryline #nashvilledancefest #myheartissofull

I can't begin to explain how amazing this trip was for me. Dancing has been a passion of mine for many years now and being able to make this event feels like a dream coming true. Thank you to all the instructors that gave their time during the unimaginable heat, and all of the choreographers that gave their time explaining techniques and style. I feel so privileged to have learned so much. Until next time 🥹🫶🏼💃🏼
