$I am very proud to present the first Self Inflicted Records compilation - A Moment In Refraction. 8 new tracks from bands up and down the coast to shine a light on the scene that’s been emerging out of California. A Moment In Refraction will be available on vinyl for PRE-ORDER in the store at 10:00 AM PST. 2 variants - 100/cherry bomb | 35/random. Vinyls are expected to be in hand at the end of October. Also throwing up a pre-order for the second label tee featuring @depriving.eden’s “Seppuku” design. Will be up for two weeks. This release commemorates the first year of the label. I didn’t expect for the label to take off the way it did in the last couple of months, but I’m stoked with the reception. All I wanted to do was get involved, and now there’s 12 bands repping the label, 42 tangible releases out in the world, and I just booked my first run of shows. All independent. For the love of the game. Shoutout music. A Moment In Refraction is dedicated to my goat @paperwingsrecords. The support Damian has shown since the beginning is immeasurable. This release was literally saved by him. I can’t say thank you enough. Thank you to all the bands who helped bring this idea to reality. I’m honored to call you all my friends. I’m always in your corners. Last but not least, thanks to anybody who’s ever supported the label in any capacity. This is for you too. My life has been filled with so much love, joy, and care the first half of this year. I’ve never been more happy with my life unlike now. It’s filled with friends I adore, family that’s got my back, shows I like going to, the sliding passion I still love to do, and most importantly care unlike any other. I couldn’t be more grateful for the people I got in my life on top of my passions that keep me going. Thank you to everyone who’s helped me get to where I am today and thank you to all my friends and family I have. Y’all are my rock 🙏🏼🖤
