Brand world and website for @material.alyse

When we developed this identity with Alexandra, one thing became clear: her world is not defined by a single aesthetic. Her expertise comes from recognizing the stories behind objects, the craftsmanship, the era, the form, and bringing those histories into modern interiors.

To honor that, we built out multiple micro-identities and logotypes that each evoke a different sensibility. While this approach is a bit unconventional for a brand, it felt conceptually true to the service Material Alyse provides.

Her knowledge of materials and design spans so many eras and movements that it only made sense for the identity to reflect that same range.

This year, we also brought her digital presence to life with a clean, curated online home where clients can connect with her, explore her offerings, and see the world through her lens.

Introducing Material Alyse, a brand rooted in a deep appreciation for rare finds, timeless design, and the art of finding the unfindable. 🖤

We partnered with Alexandra, founder of @material.alyse , to craft a brand that reflects her passion for unique and beautiful objects. With roots in Austin, Texas and the South of France, Material Alyse collaborates with interior designers and architects to source vintage + artisanal furniture, artifacts, and materials.

With an exclusive network of private sellers and expertise in international fairs, Alexandra has a refined ability to uncover those extra special pieces.

To bring her vision to life, we developed a brand identity that was inspired by form and material. A mid-century modern flavor with some personality and funk to align with Alexandra’s vibe. The handcrafted logo draws from the bold forms she gravitates toward, while custom chair 🪑illustrations pay tribute to her love of design, history and craftsmanship.

We’ve been so excited to share this brand, and a huge thanks to Alexandra for trusting us with her vision. ✨
