When the crafting girls go international 🇭🇷🧶

One thing that I've loved gaining from crafting is not just confidence, creativity and resilience, but the amazing friends I've made through a shared hobby. Without a doubt, the connections I've made through the knit and crochet community are some of the most genuine and caring adult friendships I have. Lots of love to these girls, who joined me on my first ever "friends trip" holiday ❤️ if you travelled back to me a few years ago and told me i would not just have friends from this craft, but enough genuine friends to do a trip like this, I would have laughed in your face!

Here's to many more days knitting and crocheting by the pool, at dinner, at the beach, on the plane, in the apartment... Get the picture? We literally knitted/crocheted everywhere all the time 🤣

One of the HARDEST things about your 20s is the constant uncertainty.

I used to overthink everything - so much so that I ended up doing nothing at all. Staying stagnant felt safer than the risk of getting it wrong. But I’ve learnt that sometimes you just have to do it afraid.

This knitting workshop with @matextiles reminded me that starting doesn’t need to look perfect - the unknown isn’t something to be afraid of but an invitation to begin.
