！Grazie!!!

In 🇯🇵, Sake brewers often say “Wa Jo Ryo Shu” 和醸良酒, a harmonious team makes good Sake. We were really lucky to have such great members for the harvest 2023.🌱 We got little quantity because of an unusual climate, but we could realize a lot of new trials thanks to our brilliant team. We’d like to thank especially Yui @yt0726 , a Japanese woman that runs a super interesting wine catering service @hebeerrykest2023 in Tokyo and came to work with us for whole season. Without her help, it would have been impossible to finish this complicated harvest. All of the tanks are getting almost dry and starting their silent age. Can’t wait to let you try the fruit of your hands, smiles, (and feet)! Arigato, carissimi amici!!!!♥️ Shun & Erika ….btw who wants to come for vendemmia 2024? 🐒
