What a wonderful fall break was it ❤️⛰️
Thank you guys for those incredible memories ✨
P.S. 2 days🟰26.1 km (16.22 miles) of running. It was one of the most enjoyable outside run, it really reminded me about mountains in Italy 🥹💔

One last summer exhale before the season begins. ☀️🌊🚣

Yesterday some of our high school athletes traded workouts for tubing, swimming, frisbee, and plenty of laughs. Lake Day is one of those GAR traditions that reminds us this team is built on more than just meters on the water.

Next week, they’re back to chasing goals, early mornings, sore muscles, and faster boats.

The fun doesn’t stop…it just gets a little more competitive. 😉

Here’s to a great season ahead. Let’s get to work. 💪

When I walked into my first weightlifting practice as a freshman, I never knew it would become one of the most important pieces of my life. This sport is the first time I have understood true passion. I would not give it up for anything and will not stop lifting after highschool. I love all of the people in this community, and am so grateful for everything this sport has given me. 🏋️‍♀️💜🤍
