I had the honor and pleasure of covering media for tonight’s @producewrestling show, and I’m leaving with a full heart and so much gratitude! 🎤🔥

One of my favorite parts of doing this is getting to connect with people. Meeting new faces, sharing a laugh, hearing someone’s story, and learning about the journey that brought them here makes these opportunities so special to me. Everybody has a story worth hearing, and I’m grateful whenever someone trusts me to help share theirs.

Tonight gave me even more reasons to love what I do. I got to make new connections, have some awesome conversations, and be around people whose passion for wrestling comes through in everything they do. I never take these opportunities for granted, and I’m proud to keep growing through every experience.

My Workout Routine as a Professional Wrestler 💪⚔️〽️

This is a strength based workout program that I’ve been using for the past few years, after starting professional wrestling.

It’s build on the philosophy, “Weak things break.”

Strength is highly valuable in all athletics, but above all I truly enjoy lifting heavy weight and getting stronger.

If you want to build more strength and athleticism in the pro wrestling ring, I highly recommend you give it a try to help push yourself to the next level.

Note: I am a former competitive powerlifter and certified personal trainer with a Degree in Exercise Science.

Second part of slow motion from the end of the rumble and its aftermath at @socalpro. They are a little bit mixed up together but still have some great ones nonetheless!!

The rumble itself had some great moments! The final two came down to Ricky Mandel and Andy Hollow which through a quick moment Mandel took the win and boy did the heavyweight champ Mathias have something to say about that...
