Crazy how after five years it all comes to an end on a random Saturday afternoon. I could not be more grateful for all my coaches and teammates for helping create so many amazing memories, lots of laughs, and prayers before every meet! I had an amazing time with this program and I can’t wait to see how much more it grows! 4X state champion is so weird to say.

Girls placed 1st for the second year in a row!!
Boys placed 3rd!!

Total - 875 the highest girls individual total for this years large school powerlifting meet
Squat - ✔️320lbs ✔️350lbs ✔️390lbs (pr)
Bench - ✔️115lbs ✔️125lbs ✔️130lbs (pr)
Deadlift - ✔️315lbs ✔️355lbs ❌390lbs (attempted pr and state record but couldn’t lock it out unfortunately)

Second place with 1st place being only 5lbs over me but I got the deadlift record in my weight class 💪

I had a great time with all these people during camp this year and each one of them made the trip so much more special. So glad these people went and I was able to hang out with all of them. So all I really gotta say is ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh DUNK ON EM 🏀

my last and definitely best high school lifting season! my last state meet was for sure my best and favorite meet of my high school career. our girls team got first and are STATE CHAMPS!!! i also placed first and broke all my own records in my weight class. this season has been a blast and i’m so sad to leave all my fav juniors behind, but can’t wait to see what they do next year!!! I LOVE THIS TEAM💗💗
