To all the mothers I’ve ever photographed over the years, thank you! Thank you for showing up for you! To capture the memories you will hold dear for a life time ❤️

Happy Birthday to me! 🩵 Insane couple of days trying to get to Switzerland after the UAE got shut down and all flights cancelled.
Rerouted via Joburg, Namibia, Frankfurt, then a train across the border. The loooong way around! It's left me feeling so deeply grateful. For our safety. For family.
My heart goes out to the ordinary people on the ground who keep being caught in the crossfire of all this ugly madness.
We arrived completely exhausted and just in time...breakfast in bed, cheese fondue, and the real highlight - Josephine meeting her last remaining great ancestors here in Switzerland.
First birthday as a father. Peak experience. 😅

We’ve sold out Kirstenbosch before. That part isn’t the story. 🍃

Missing my babes today. 💛 Forever grateful to @stornowayband for this song that’s stitched into the memory of our darling’s arrival. Wild how some songs become part of your life story. Felt like it was written for us. 🥹 Also, can we just appreciate Josephine’s immaculate lashes?

New collab incoming! 👀
For seven months, we’ve been growing something magical.
It’s been the sweetest season of quiet joy and a million thoughts about the future.
Now we’re finally ready to share it with you all.
A new life is on the way.

Funny thing about the road - it shows you the weight of distance, but frames the light of home. Still loving this tour, but I can feel the warm winds calling, whispering songs down the River Shell jetty. 🐚 Soon.

Cape Open Air 2024 – what a day, what a crowd! Over 2,500 of you legends turned up and made this one for the books. Huge love to the locals of Muizenberg and Cape Town, and to everyone who travelled from across the globe to be part of the magic. The energy, the love, the vibes—you brought it all.☀️

We had the best time and already can’t wait for the next one. Keep an eye out for the official After Movie coming soon… you might just see yourself in the mix! 🧡🔥

Old but gold! 🪡 Loving the request line vibes. Send me songs to cover—thinking of roping in someone from the community for the next one. 👀 Thoughts?

Fresh from one of the many requests you guys sent in, here’s Mathilda and me doing a stripped-down piece of ‘I Will Follow You into the Dark’ by Death Cab. Oldie but a goodie. What’s next?

Every time I play Loveblood with new voices, something shifts—each person finds their own harmony, their own feel, and suddenly the song reshapes itself, alive and evolving in ways I can’t quite control. Playing it acoustic, just around the fire, has me thinking… maybe it’s time to gather an even bigger group, let more harmonies fill the air, add more instruments, maybe even find a cave to capture a few live takes. If you could pick five songs to do like that, fireside in a cave, which would they be? Keep it mind one of them has to be Loveblood ;) There’s some magic lurking within this song. Am so enjoying unfolding towards it. X
