The White Pawty was more than a beautiful celebration it was a reminder of what can happen when a community comes together for a cause that truly matters. 🤍🐾

We loved being part of this special fundraiser benefiting @forgotten_now_family_rescue and FNF The Sanctuary supporting the incredible work they do for animals in need. 🐾

Our heartfelt thanks to every guest, supporter, vendor, and creative partner who helped make the evening so memorable. Your generosity, talent, and dedication made a meaningful difference.

We truly wouldn’t be here without the support, encouragement, and love you’ve shown us throughout the years. Our community means so much to us, and we’re so grateful to get to serve you!

We can’t wait to celebrate 8 years with you tonight at our Birthday Party from 5–7 PM! 🎉

Who We Are

PartyBox LKN is a Lake Norman based event concierge service built on a simple idea:
A celebration should feel like a celebration for the person hosting it, too.
We bring planning, design, and a curated network of trusted event professionals together under one cohesive experience. Rather than leaving clients to research, vet, and coordinate a dozen independent vendors, PartyBox LKN assembles the ideal team and oversees the entire process. giving each client a single point of contact from concept through clean-up.
The result is an event that feels intentional, cohesive, and beautifully executed, without the logistical weight that usually comes with it.

What Sets Us Apart

PartyBox LKN is not a traditional event planning company. We operate as an event concierge and vendor collective, uniting many of the Lake Norman area’s most talented creative professionals within a single, streamlined planning experience.

The Vendor Collective
At the center of PartyBox LKN is our Vendor Collective, a curated group of event professionals who work together regularly and share a standard for how a celebration should look and run.
The collective includes:
• DJs and entertainment professionals
• Photographers and content creators
• Florists and event designers
• Balloon and installation artists
• Caterers and Bartenders
• Bakeries and dessert designers
• Rental companies & photo booths

Our Mission
To create celebrations that are beautifully curated, seamlessly executed, and genuinely enjoyable for our clients.
We believe an event should bring people together, create lasting memories, and reflect the personality of the people being celebrated. It should never come at the cost of the host’s own experience of the day.

Where celebrations are curated, not complicated!

About last night…

This is what community looks like!

Thank you @rooted.socialmedia for sharing what you know about the mystical magical game of #socialmedia

We were able to take a lot away from the conversation & are ready to level up when it comes to engagement & content

It was great to connect with new faces and reconnect with familiar ones!

One of my favorite things about owning Lily Lodge is getting to meet incredibly talented people — and this sweet woman-owned business owner is one of them. Mattie was actually a guest at Lily’s Lodge, and getting to watch her talent firsthand has been so special.

These cookies are truly next-level. Not only are they absolutely beautiful, but they taste just as amazing as they look. The attention to detail in every single design is unreal, and you can genuinely feel the creativity, care, and passion poured into each order.

I’m always so inspired by hardworking women building amazing businesses, and this one deserves all the love. If you need custom cookies for literally anything — this is your sign.

@matildeescookieco for all your cookie needs!
