THE PHYSICAL WORK IS JUST ONE PART.

The mental work is the part that separates the best.

Talent matters.
Strength matters.
Skill matters.

But when the pressure rises…
When fear shows up…
When confidence gets tested…
When the goal feels far away…

What’s happening between the ears matters even more.

The GP Athlete Launch 🚀 Program is coming.

Built to help athletes develop the mindset, confidence, discipline, focus, character, and belief needed to become more than just talented gymnasts.

Because reaching your potential isn’t just about learning harder skills.

It’s about becoming the athlete capable of achieving them.

We’re getting ready to LAUNCH a generation of athletes toward their potential. 🎯

GP ATHLETE LAUNCH 🚀
COMING SOON.

It’s bigger than gymnastics. It’s about IMPACT.

Student Athlete Takeover 🎥 | #ICYMI

Meet @matisrains — @rutgersgymnastics student-athlete studying Biological Sciences and taking the pre-med track. Throughout her day, Matis emphasized how donor support of Rutgers Athletics helps her thrive in and out of the gym:

🔴Scholarship support enables her academic, athletic, and living experiences.
⚫️Gymnastics support allows her to train throughout the off-season.
🔴 @scarletknightsforlife networking events helped her land an internship and connected her with individuals in her field.

This is the impact of giving through the #RFund and Rutgers University Foundation.

Had such a great time at Rutgers camp! Thank you Coaches Mike, Dani and Anna for all of your help and support! I really appreciate it and enjoyed working with each of you these past few days. It was so nice to get to know some of the team members, go on a campus tour and learn a new dance. So happy I was able to come back for another camp! Go RU! ❤️🗡️
