Cast of Sandbox movie just caught Pace with @annettelee and @matlee2 💖

I watched this for the second time and I absolutely still love how this reform drama paid attention with close detail in every single person’s story. I feel like sometimes in life, we all need to look towards each other more often than not.

And I’m STILL STILL obsessed with how @jonathan77 portrayed visually… the PTSD through @thedesmondtan’s character. It’s like this silent but also loud screech in my head whenever I go through my own PTSD also. Honestly, I feel seen.. I feel heard… 😭🥴⚠️ Of course the entire film was super wholesome too, with a lot of heart in it.

Thanks to everyone who came down today. I love uuuu! ❤️

THE SANDBOX in theatres, NOW!!!!!!!!
reviews on @letterboxd are piping HAWT 🔥
I wanna work with @jamesthooyc forever.
I am the furthest thing from pragmatic because THIS is what I care about. Who are you making your shit for if nobody watches it?
@megancirl is a conglomeration of many many many different people. Your response to her has helped me to understand what kind of person you are. It is always so exhilarating to hear.
This film is for everyone who has tried, everyone who has desired, a little bit more, from life.
This entire cast and crew has my entire heart. It takes very little to make me feel so whole, I know, but I really mean it. Every single one of them, dreamers, doers. The very people the film champions.

Long live @sandboxtrainingground , film is forever.
& @pepsgoh , your life’s work, preserved, forever.
& all my love to all the artists and small business owners out there. Real Gs.

Thank you for going to the cinemas ♥️🦸🏻‍♀️🐈‍⬛💪🏼💗 @sandboxmovie.sg

Highly recommend everyone to go watch The Sandbox!!! It's damn funny and entertaining, but also so heartfelt. And idk if it's the intimate storytelling, the quirky mockumentary style or the very genuine business and people the film is built around... but it's just super real lah!! Which makes it really hit 🥹

@jamesthooyc 's writing and direction are really singularly compelling 🔥 And ofc you get to see @xuanniiex shining on the big screen, along with an ensemble cast of some of our country's most amazing performers 🤩

Congratulations to the whole team behind @sandboxmovie.sg So glad to catch this wonderful work!!

P.S. It's also an honest and revealing look into the work and culture of our stunt performers in Singapore- a tale not often told. The sheer skill, effort and tenacity it takes to be a martial artist, especially for the screen where you may have to do 81, 82 or 132 takes... that's a story worth watching.

Here’s a little behind-the-scenes look at our latest microdrama! 🎬

There was plenty of chaos, but even more love poured into bringing this story to life. After 10 intense days of shooting both the series and its ads, it’s safe to say our cast and crew formed a very real bond.

A huge thank you to the dream team behind it all, from our tireless lead actress and the incredible
women leading many of our departments, including our DP and Set Director, to the craft team who kept everyone fed and energised throughout the shoot.

It was all the little moments that made this experience so special. We hope you’ve had as much fun watching the first few episodes as we did making them.

See if you can spot a few little Easter eggs hidden in these photos! 👀

REPOST! (Due technical issues 🫣)

I love when more and more people dare to produce verticals, and I love that they’re being made in more countries now, like Singapore.

First of all, and before talking about this project, I want to thank Refinery Media @refinerymedia for inviting me to watch No-Volley Zone, a sports drama that I LOVED. THANK YOU for betting on this industry!

The plot was excellent and the entire production design felt high-quality. I liked everything: the performances, costumes, makeup, set design… EVERYTHING.

Right now this show can be watched on TikTok, but it will also be available soon on @flareflowapp (Please keep betting on HUMAN productions like this one, which is incredible).
