They show up for us, so of course we showed up for them! Two events, one busy weekend, and so much love for Sarah and Mary Ann. Supporting the people who support Fit Foodz is always an easy yes. 💚 @sarahhdeannn @matmatterz

Movement with meaning! 💗

A 4-mile morning run, a beautiful yoga class @bloomingdales with @matmatterz in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and a protein smoothie from @rawjuce to refuel! 🌿

As a registered dietitian, professor, and runner, I believe wellness goes beyond exercise and nutrition. It’s about movement, mindfulness, community, and making time for what matters.

A Sunday morning filled with movement, purpose, connection, and nourishment. 💕

✨ SUNDAY WELLNESS, BUT MAKE IT VUORI! 🧘‍♀️🌴

@vuoriclothing × @thepinktiki = the PERFECT Sunday morning! 🤍✨

A beautiful morning of Yoga, intentional movement, connection + community. 🧘‍♀️💫 Because honestly… movement is better together!

And of course, @thepinktiki kept us refreshed with delicious matcha, coffee, and fresh coconuts! 🥥🍵☕️ The perfect post-yoga treats to enjoy while connecting with the community.

📍 VUORI at Boca Town Center | Boca Raton, FL

Loved being part of this beautiful collaboration with Vuori and the amazing wellness community that Mary Ann @matmatterz is creating. 🤍

And YES… there’s a PART 2 coming! 👀✨ So stay tuned!

📸 Huge thank you to @kiki_baxter for capturing all the beautiful moments!

And my girl @heathywithdani 💕 So happy we got to enjoy another Sunday of Yoga together. Good times. Good people. Great energy. ✨🌴

This is what wellness + community is all about. 🧘‍♀️🤍✨

A seat at the Supper Club for 15 years of @fitfoodzcafe 🥂

There’s something so special about celebrating a local business you genuinely love — and a woman you’re lucky enough to call a friend. Watching Sue celebrate 15 years of the community she’s built was everything.

The food, the people, the love in that room… and yes, I’ll take my martini glass filled with Fit Foodz honey mustard every time. 😂

So grateful to have had a seat at this table. Cheers to 15 years, and so many more to come! 🥂

The celebration continues!!! THIS SATURDAY from 12–4 at Fit Foodz with lots of fun + surprises for the entire community. Come celebrate! 🎉

💄 @blushington_boca loved my GLAM squad 🤍🤍🤍🤍

Happy #InternationalYogaDay 🧘‍♀️

There’s a reason “Yoga” is part of my handle and identity. For the past 16 years, this practice has been so much more than movement. It has been a guide, a grounding force, and a constant companion through every season of life.

Today, I’m especially thankful for all of the teachers who have shared their wisdom with me over the years. No matter how long I practice or teach, I will always consider myself a student!

These glimpses hold some special yoga memories…from practicing solo, with my family, to sharing this journey with my amazing students. Each moment is a reminder of the connection, community, and joy that yoga has brought into my life 🥰

To those who already share this love of yoga, I’m grateful to be on this path with you. And to those who’ve never tried it, I hope this post inspires you to step onto a mat for the first time. Bust that myth, I promise you don’t have to be flexible to do yoga. Yoga is about connecting your mind, body, and breath, and meeting yourself exactly where you are ♾️

Namaste 🙏

Did you know MaryAnn has been with the studio since the very beginning? From the moment our doors opened, she has been a steady, grounding presence in our community for over a decade and we are so grateful for the heart she brings into every space she teaches.

MaryAnn has a rare gift for connection. She knows her students by name, holds space with genuine care, and treats every person who walks into her class like family. Her teaching isn’t just about movement, it’s about belonging.

Beyond the studio, she also supports athletic teams at FAU and Lynn University, helping student athletes stay balanced, focused, and breathing through it all. And if that weren’t enough, you’ll often find her offering community classes in support of meaningful causes.

We’re so lucky to have her as part of our teaching family.
