What if you had a safe space to put down the armour, and take off the weight of expectations, and the many roles you have to play?

What if some of that internal dialogue that keeps pushing you harder, making you feel guilty or stressing you out - is not really yours to carry, but inherited...?

⚡️ This week in classes we have the incredibly powerful Generational Roots journey.

Through deeply rhythmic sound and breathwork, you're guided to identify these limiting beliefs and release them.

You reconnect to your own inner wisdom, away from the external noise and judgements.

💫 No performance, pressure or people-pleasing.

Just you, your breath and a safe space with no expectations.

Join me this week try this journey for yourself:

Bollywood music, rebuilt for meditation. My head went completely quiet for the first time in months.

The mind is a muscle too. Most of us never let it recover.

Thank you @vedamrecords @instantbollywood @instantbollywoodirl @matrix.wellness @ugaoo @drinkmateya for having me.

Would you try this? 👇
