THE RENAISSANCE
Talent management is by far one of the most rewarding parts of my career.

It is undeniable that Will Lemay is a once in a lifetime model and I couldn’t be more proud to be a part of his journey back to the fashion world. This photo captures the runway show for John Bartlett that launched his career into the stratosphere. The very moment that changed the course of his life.

Coming back after a 12 year break from the industry is one thing, booking a Louis Vuitton campaign and show as your first job is another. What is so wonderful to see is the warm and welcoming homecoming the fashion industry is so excited to give him.

He now spearheads Matrix Model Staffing as a Director in both Scouting and Marketing and has become of one of our most trusted stewards of the business.

Mentoring young talent is the next step and chapter and we couldn’t be more thrilled to offer this to the next generation, together.

Here is to the people in life that cross your path and change its trajectory forever. And those that take care of your creations as their own. And to Will, thank you for allowing me to be a part of your legacy. It’s an honor and a privilege.

THE RENAISSANCE.
Before the campaigns. Before the editorials. Before the world knew his name.
There was this runway show. As every model knows, it takes one designer to truly see you and change the trajectory of your career.
Will Lemay walking for John Bartlett — the show that catapulted his career into the stratosphere and set the course for everything that followed.
Now, Will has returned to the fashion industry after 12 years.
Not as a newcomer.
Not as someone trying to recreate the past.
But as a man with a legacy. #nyfw #nyfw2026 #willlemay #matrixmodelmanagement #marilynny

It’s such an incredible feeling to have an idea in your head... and then watch it come to life because of so many hardworking and talented people.

I’m so beyond grateful to everyone who played a part in bringing this rooftop Pilates & picnic with @cocojune_organic at The Peninsula to life.

Seeing every detail come together exactly as I envisioned made the day feel like a dream. 💙🤍

And to all of the girls who joined us this weekend: I’ve been reading through your feedback forms, and they honestly have me tearing up.

Knowing you loved the experience as much as I did means more than I can put into words.

Already counting down the days until the next one...

If you want to know what’s coming next, drop NEXT in the comments. ✨
