JOB FINISHED. 🫡 that was the mantra. I made a crazy commitment to ME, and kept it. I am grateful for the amazing humans that tapped in the last 10 months, and for everyone else that didn’t judge me for tapping out of most all things that didn’t get me across this finish line!

My thanks <<POST one of multiple 😉

✝️ to God, & because he’s ABLE - I’m ABLE (thank you @musiqcity for the song of my season). To my @therockcitybham fam on our mission to BECOME - this is the knockED door. To my DEVO family, never underestimate that change you are making #thursdaycrew

🤵🏾‍♂️@dfen44 - You already know 🤎, MVP.

⚡️Coach @tienciaj - for taking me on after quitting the sport 4 yrs ago & within 10 months —> IRONMAN. Thank you for believing in me, seeing my humanness, dropping the science when I needed it. We Did It.

🏋🏿‍♂️: @coachmanny10x - for strength to support the work, for dialing in my sleep, macros, supplementation, the 🧬, for praying, believing & holding me up #shambles. This finish line does not happen without you & to my gym family @workoutanytimelanham — we did it @_a.r.cfitness!

💄 @withlipgloss - not sure how or when we met - but grateful for every run, ride, swim, text, call, look, hug, suggestion/correction, and accepting me as a fastsidechix athlete. You took the DNF call in TX & ran me onto the red carpet. I am grateful for you and every @fastchix I now call Sister (separate post needed)

🐐@onpointfitnesscoach - there is no iron without you IYKYK

🧠 @vanessafayefoerster - for it all, what you poured into me will never expire.

🚴🏽‍♀️ @matt.jafe @jafecycling - for my fav one yet👀 + the VIP call, text, FaceTime, talk me off a ledge service & support that makes all the difference

@pureperformance.fit .fit - for 10+ years of triathlon mentorship, I have a whole WWKD mode that never fails. This finish line does not happen without you.

@donpablovi - for always showing up, for always answering the call - you make me better, this finish line does not happen without you.

& to me…for keeping the promise, saying YES to me, and NO or not now to others.

Little Christy is impressed!

GFNY is more than a race—it’s a chance to be a pro for a day. 🚴‍♂️

What an incredible experience! GFNY is a highly recommended road race for anyone looking to put some distance in their legs, test their fitness, and sharpen their race-day tactics.

I learned a lot out there and rode stronger than I did last year. Already looking forward to seeing what we can do next year.

See you on the road! 🏁

Jafe’s Dictionary

Slow build (noun): The process of building or purchasing a bike by choosing and acquiring components one piece(s) at a time over several weeks- months.

The off-season is the perfect time to start your slow build and design your secret weapon for next season. We’re offering consultations to help you plan the bike you’ve been dreaming about.

Start building now. See you on the trails.

Another season finale is in the books! 🚴🏾‍♂️

All jokes aside, a special thank you to everyone who showed up and showed out for our weekly Friday ride this year. You made this season truly special—one for the books. I always appreciate this community, even when you stop by just to hang out and hear how the ride went.

Keep training. Keep riding. See you on the trail! 💛

The weather ☔️is changing—it happens every year. But don’t put your bike away and lose the fitness you’ve worked so hard to build all season.

Let’s make a plan, get the right gear and equipment, and keep moving through the offseason. Connect with Jafe Cycling, and let’s get strong together this offseason. 💪🚴
