Finally unsure of what the next meet is going to be, but one thing I know for sure is that it’s going to be a nice, long offseason of building. Excited to try some new things and continue pushing myself at this newly established bodyweight. Squat
220 kg / 485 lb x 4
187.5 kg / 413 lb x 6’s Soft sleeve chronicles are back, and on the primaries for the first time since I first got into powerlifting. Hot take: stiff sleeves never should’ve been legal. Bench
132.5 kg / 292 lb x 1 (fatingle) 117.5 kg / 259 lb x 5’s Collaborating with @alfonsolifts on some technical changes to my bench while trying out some new things programming-wise. Deadlift
215 kg / 474 lb x 4
182.5 kg / 402 lb x 5’s Tried out the 13mm belt on deadlift for the first time in probably two years. Really just wanted to see if I could eliminate the hassle of having to carry around two belts all the time, but shockingly, this felt amazing. Tried one of my backdowns with the 10mm again, and it felt about 10x heavier. Safe to say I think I’ll be using the 13mm from now on. Also, peep the new Hansu x USAPL barbell. Reddest bar I’ve ever seen. Thank you to @hansupower for sending it over. Looks great, and I’m looking forward to using it day to day. Early SBD before a weekend of flying out to Philadelphia with @alfonsolifts to handle several of our athletes competing at the USPA Pennsylvania State Championships. Got to see some great lifts and enjoy some great Philly Cheesesteaks. A very rewarding weekend as coaches, and I’m proud to say that all of our athletes qualified for USPA Ultra Nationals, which will be held in Orlando next year. Since we’re based in Orlando, we’ll get to handle each of them again, locally this time. @hansupower rack & barbell @nextlevelstrengthco sleeves Fueled by @110percent Code “NRG”⚡️for 10% off‼️ If you’re interested in coaching, send me a dm or visit anstrengthservices.com to get started! #powerlifting #sbd #squat #benchpress #deadlift

Athlete Highlights #65 Coach: @alfonsolifts Message @anstrengthservices or fill out our form in our bio to get started with 1:1 Coaching today 😤 #powerliftingcoach #coaching #athletes #explore Landon Crabtree - 74kg Junior - @landonc432 Squat - 267.5 kg / 590 lbs (ALL TIME PR) Landon has been on a tear in training. Making the switch to PA, we are planning on a tune up meet early next year and then we will display his true potential at Age Division Nationals 2027. The sky is the limit with Landon 📈 Logan Sare - Collegiate 82.5 kg FSU - @logan_sare Squat - 245 kg / 540 lbs x 2 Logan’s training has been on a steady incline since his first collegiate nationals performance last spring. Our goal is to blow his best total out of the water at collegiate states. We have plans to podium and potentially compete to become a national champion as a collegiate athlete. He crossed the 700kg mark last block in training and we are good for a total well past that! Nicholas Kinsey - 82.5 kg / 90 kg Junior - @nd.kinsey Deadlift - 231 kg - 510 lbs (ALL TIME PR) Nicholas came off of his first ever meet a few months ago. We have made steady progress PR’ing all three lifts in the duration of the off-season. Cannot wait for Nicholas to step on the platform again and PR the total! Brandon Shabazz - 82.5 kg Open - @bazzwiththeb7 Deadlift - 238 kg / 525 lbs x 3 (TRIPLE PR) This was the end of our second block together. Two more blocks until we step on the platform! All three lifts have been on a steady incline. We will be ready when the time comes. The biggest thing is pacing to ensure that we feel strong and fresh on the platform! Great work Bazz🤝 Josue Godinez - 83 kg Open - @jgodinez10 Squat - 233 kg / 515 lbs x 2 Josue is about to compete in a few weeks and we are still managing to hit solid numbers despite battling injuries. We are doing the best we can to still show up well while having reduced pain. This man is resilient and this is a recipe to having future success within the sport! He is my first ever client and we have made great strides over the years and will continue to do so. Great work Josue! Trey Sanford - 75 kg / 82.5 kg Junior - @tismetrey
