POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Almost 20 years of creating content, and I still haven’t figured out how to make a 10-minute video without spending 20 hours on it. 😂🎥

Here’s a little behind the scenes of filming my latest EufyMake E1 video. Shoutout to my @vyper and @studiotitanamerica for making these long filming days a little easier.

And my cat, who contributes absolutely nothing.

“Strength does not mean silence. And bravery isn’t hiding your feelings.”

Laurie Galloway’s journey through two breast cancer diagnoses, treatment and recovery is a powerful reminder to trust your instincts, lean on the people who love you and make room for hope, even in the hardest moments.

Read Laurie’s story at txkmag.com or pick up an issue at a stand near you.

This is a beautiful picture…but there’s a LOT you can’t see.

My unwell journey started as a little girl who believed she was chubby and ugly. Somewhere along the way, I decided smaller meant more lovable.

At 13, that became anorexia and bulimia. I learned to starve, binge, purge…and hide it REALLY well.

Then at 20, major trauma changed me.

I got angry. Careless. I became addicted to cocaine, using uppers to keep going and eventually downers to come back down. I put myself in situations I’m honestly lucky I survived.

And God?

I threw Him right out the window.

At least I thought I did.

Because He NEVER left me. 😭

I was the Prodigal…running as hard as I could while my Father already knew I would eventually come home.

And I did.

But healing has been a dang MARATHON.

Trauma. Addiction. Eating disorders. Binge eating. Miscarriage. Infertility. Pregnancy. Motherhood. Hormones. Sickness. Stress. Losing myself and finding myself again.

Now I’m 42.

And my greatest transformation isn’t the weight I’ve lost.

It’s that I can EAT without constantly punishing myself.

I move my body. I care for it. I’ve studied hormones, blood sugar, nutrition, trauma and the nervous system. I’ve used modern medicine, holistic wellness and Pep🌊 therapy.

But NONE of those things replaced Jesus.

He loved the addicted girl.
The eating-disordered girl.
The angry girl.
The traumatized girl.
Even the girl who rejected Him.

So when I look at this picture, I see ALL of her.

And for the first time…I don’t hate the old versions of me.

She survived long enough to meet the woman God always knew she could become. 😭

I’m still healing. Still learning. Still surrendering.

But I know who I am.

And I know WHOSE I am.

I was the Prodigal.

Jesus brought me home.

And now I’m becoming the Prodigy. 🤍

BUT JESUS. Every. Single. Time. 🙌🏻

Thank you @matt__cornelius for this beautiful photo!

These two tomahawks have a lot of meaning behind them.

One was made for a local Police Chief, carrying the Thin Blue Line. The other went to a member of the Arkansas National Guard, carrying the red, white, and blue.

Similar design. Two completely different stories.

This is still some of my favorite work to do. There is something about taking a piece of wood and steel and turning it into something that actually represents the person receiving it.

Proud of how these two turned out.

Okay… this was a pretty surreal moment. 🥹📸

Texarkana Magazine stopped by Prodigy Life today to take my photo for their upcoming Industry Influencers section, hitting stands in October!

I’m especially excited about this one because I’ll be introducing The Prodigy Method™ + Rhythms to our community in a much bigger way. 🩵💚

Prodigy Life has grown into SO much more than a place to move your body. What God has been building here over the years is finally coming together in a way that I can’t wait to share.

But for now… I’m going to let the October issue do most of the talking. 👀📖

And a HUGE thank you to Brit, Matt + Ava for helping me feel AND look beautiful, as always. 🥹 Y’all always take such good care of me and make days like this feel extra special!

I’m incredibly grateful for this season, this community, and every opportunity God continues to place in front of Prodigy Life.

October… I’m ready for you. 💚🩵

My dirty feet are the STAR in this month’s Texarkana Magazine 🤭🦶🏼

because alllllll my life, I have hated wearing shoes 🥴
I loveeeeee walking around barefoot.

SO, I wanted to write about walking through life barefoot.. metaphorically only, unfortunately, because apparently I do have to wear shoes to work????discriminatory.

we all need to give ourselves permission to get our feet a little dirty sometimes, though.

Try something.
Hate it.
Try something else.
Love it.
Change your mind.
Do it again later.
Prove yourself right, yeah, you REALLY didn’t like it the first time you did it..
Go back to how things were.
Bc who cares???
Surprise yourself!!

The version of me that existed five years ago doesn’t get to make every decision for the person I am becoming!!!

I tried getting a puppy… did not like that (loveee him tho)
I tried earrings, not for me!
I tried dressing differently, LOVE so far, 10/10 recommend!! love baggy jeans!

give yourself room to be super LOUD and super quiet, serious and ridiculous, responsible and spontaneous, faithful and curious, all at the same time.

life has been getting really fun as I’ve stopped performing it and instead, actually been LIVING in it!!!!!!

I have wasted too much time really really caring about what people think of me and it is SUPER exhausting.

here’s the thing, my love…. if I’m wrong, I’m not really that afraid of getting it wrong, sorry to tell you!!!!! but love you 😃😃

I’m walking barefoot.

YOU should walk barefoot.

Don’t take things so seriously.

it’s really not that serious, Victoria!

Get your feet REALLY dirty

& I hope and pray somewhere in these words, you see a little bit of yourself!!!
