NAD+ vs. Niagen: which cellular reset is right for you?

They work through the same NAD+ pathway, but they’re not the same thing.

NAD+ provides the coenzyme directly, while Niagen® is a precursor your body uses to make NAD+.

Both can support cellular energy production and healthy cellular function, but the right option depends on your goals, preferences, and how you want to experience your treatment.

Not sure which one makes sense for you? Our team can help you decide.

DM us to see which fits.

You crossed the finish line. Now comes the part your body actually needs.

Race day is over, the running clothes are off, and now your body is feeling those 26.2 miles.

Our Works and Recharge IV drips are designed to support post-marathon recovery with fluids, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants to help replenish what your body used during the race.

Because recovery isn’t an afterthought. It’s part of the training.

You did the miles. Let us help with the recovery.

DM RECOVER to reserve your post-race IV.

🏃 Race weekend is here so be sure to carb load AND hydrate. 🏃

The miles are coming so now it’s time to fuel your body and set yourself up for race day.

🍝 Carbs help top off your glycogen stores, giving your muscles the energy they need for a long run.
💧 Hydration helps support performance, temperature regulation, and overall endurance.

And if you’re looking for an extra hydration boost, you can book a mobile IV the day before your race or have us come to you race morning.

Your marathon week hydration plan: before, race morning, after. 🏃‍♀️🏁

You trained for the miles. Now make sure your hydration, fueling, and recovery plan is just as intentional.

BEFORE: Prioritize hydration, nutrition, sleep, and recovery. Our Pregame IV can be an additional part of your pre-race routine.

RACE MORNING: Stick to what you’ve practiced. Familiar foods, consistent hydration, your usual fueling strategy, and plenty of rest.

AFTER: The finish line is where recovery begins. Rehydrate, refuel, rest, and consider our Works IV as part of your post-race recovery routine.

And if you have another race coming up, building hydration and recovery into your training plan can help you stay ready for the next start line.

Save this + book recovery slot.

The marathon is Sunday. Your training’s done but your recovery plan isn’t. 🏃‍♀️🏁

You’ve put in the miles, the early mornings, and the long runs. Now it’s time to give your body the same attention you gave your training.

Veda Hydration can be part of your post-race recovery plan. We’ll help you recharge, rehydrate, and get back on your feet after the big day.

And if you have another race on the calendar, adding hydration and recovery services to your training routine can be a great way to support your body between races and throughout your training cycle.

DM RECOVER to reserve an appointment for after your marathon!
