Four months. Countless practices, 8AM games, 9PM games, long weekends, travel, wins, losses, lessons, and a love for each other I didn’t think was possible in today’s landscape.

This experience was never about hoops. It was about building something bigger than basketball for us. The way they showed up for one another, embraced challenges and kept fighting until the end is something I’m so proud of.

I’m incredibly honored to coach these guys and I’m grateful to be a small part of their journey. Thank you for your trust, effort, and the memories we made along the way. Magic family is just something different. 💙🤍

😬Wish I didn’t hafta do this-like THIS, but here goes…
Gonna go out on that proverbial “limb” and GUESS😆 that these 2 young, Middlesex Magic PG’s are….Brother’s(?).
Since I put it out there, sure hope da heck I’m RIGHT🥴…
Cause for 2+ years I’ve 👀, been intrigued by Coach ⭐️Brewer’s 2030 Arlington Catholic 5’8” ⭐️JACKSON HINES! He’s got style, plays to a rhythm[ALL good PG’s do] and seems to have a big heart! I know I’ve ✍🏽 ‘bout HIM at least once but I can’t FIND it…I also KNOW I’ve never MET HIM🤦🏽‍♂️…
So 3 weeks ago, my 1st week back, NERR NEHF ZG @ MPC I get da chance to 👀 Coach ⭐️Brewer’s 15U crew WIN 2, again 👀 ⭐️JACKSON run things, so I’m all set to accost him post game, intro🤝, and prolly get a “POTG”📸….
🤦🏽‍♂️But I’m pulled to s’more action on a diff court ‘n when I return he ‘n they are Dipset! Okayyy, NEXT time ⭐️Jackson!
After I MISSED work LAST weekend I end up scrollin X for “everything” when I come upon MIDDLESEX MAGIC and…pg1-RIGHT, 🫣is THAT “⭐️JACKSON HINES?” Looks a lilll smaller den I remembah, but wit MY eyesight…🧐: HOL’ UP! It’s M.MAGIC 6TH GR WHITEY ‘n HE’S ⭐️CAM HINES‼️ “15p 7️⃣s DUB”😳, I mean there’s the NAME, the #11, it’s MAGIC, the 👟, the💈, out on anutha limb…PG?! I’ve never 👀 6th Gr ⭐️CAM but NOW he too on my watch-list!
And, after ALLADAT ✍🏽 if I’ve just made a big ERROR🤦🏽‍♂️ and My Guy ⭐️JACKSON & ⭐️CAM are “NO relation”(?)…
Well, rite heah on OUR page I’d like to do the honors: 🗣️”JACKSON this is CAM, CAM this is JACKSON…and yea-MY BAG!”🤦🏽‍♂️
PS-page 1 📸⭐️JACKSON followed up his PLAY @ MPC wit a POTG nod & into the CHIP @ Pitt Jam followin week! And page 2, a’ least I CAUGHT📸 M.Magic Brewer 15U HGSL week b4 @ MPC in a huddle, lace ‘em tight My Guy!
