Proud of this community.

Friendly, welcoming and supportive people coming together every week.

Consistently working away to beat the old version of themselves. Ticking off goals and moving the needle.

Making physical and mental health a priority in their lives.

It’s the best thing you can do.

Matt has been with us since February 2025 and hasn’t looked back.

He’s lost around 10kg, gained incredible strength and even taken part in some HYROX and CrossFit events - things he never thought he’d do.

The biggest thing to complement Matt on is his consistency👏🏻 Averaging 4 sessions per week since he began, he turns up, navigating family and work commitments and still prioritises his health and fitness.

Where could you be in 12 months time?🤔

It’s time to take action.

Matt started with us on 18th February 2025.

Joined us through a bring-a-friend session and onto a 3 x per week membership. We started there, making 3 sessions every week part of his routine. He was loving it.

After 3 months we switched to unlimited, his fitness sky rocketed, strength increased and took on his first hyrox simulation! Due to family and work commitments Matt is a dedicated 7am’er - get up and get it done.

The ‘positive snowball’ started to form. Training starts, you see progress, you train more, see more progress, then you dial in your nutrition because you enjoy seeing the progress.

The result? This.

Completely transformed his physique in 6 months. He’s an absolute pleasure to coach, motivates others and just cracks on. Well done mate, keep up the great work!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

It’s the consistent effort that matters. Not everyday is great, some days your can’t be bothered, but it is literally these days that stop you from getting where you want to be.

Do you know what makes it easier?

Training at Adira. Alongside others.
They hold you accountable.
They push you on the good days.
They keep you going on the bad days.

What’s holding you back?
