COLD THERAPY❄❄❄.

This morning I met up with @macroleanmethod for some #wimhoffmethod #coldtherapy at Hamstead Heath Bathing Pools.
•
It was 2°C outside and the water was 8°C. It felt a lot colder than last time! We are planning to continue coming until the water gets close to freezing😱.
•
There are so many health benefits associated with exposing yourself to cold water and its completely free! Check out my blog post for more info (in my story).
•
Remember, life begins at the edge of your comfort zone🙏.

Thinking about this time last year when I was living in our car, travelling Europe with some of the coolest peeps I know from around the world. Nothing that happens in the future will ever take away what that trip meant to me. Miss you guys.
