Through this tough time, I hope and pray you are all safe at home with your families or somewhere you feel safe. I am taking this time to work on myself, physically but emotionally too. The mental strain that this can bare on us all can be intense but just know you are not alone. We are all in this together. We should all take time to enjoy what we have and the people in our lives. I know I’m not on here a lot but I think of you all out there in the world and want you to know I am grateful for your support and love always. I’m sending you positivity from afar 🙏🏾

The day we arrived in Maldives we found a perfect wave and not a surfer anywhere to been seen. Even with over 7 billion people on this earth you can find yourself alone in a magical place and yet feel so connected to the entire universe.

When swimming with the dolphins they appear genuinely interested in us and accept us freely in their environment, swimming together gently alongside us as if this was the most natural thing in the world.. #Ocean#Nature#Power

Found this old photo of me getting a backbend adjustment in Mysore, India back in 2001.
Only 12 students fit in the room then and @sharathjoisr would finish his practice at 4:30am and then assist his grandfather’s class. To my left is my Dad @domananda he really inspired me on this 6month trip in Mysore .
