If you do anything 300 times, so many things are bound to happen. You make new experiences, You meet new people you find out things you're good at, you find out things you're not so good at, you build up, you break down. A journey to 300 You can open up your eyes Indefinitely gets you on a path. It's better knowing what you are capable of. I'm glad this journey was not alone.
Thanks @rory_rogan for bringing @theyardgym_normalheights stateside

Those nordics

If you know, you know

🤓 and if you don’t…keep reading!!

I’ve talked on here about Nordic hamstring curls being one of the best hamstring exercises out there. Not opinion, fact 📝

Don’t have a buddy? No problem, @thenordstick has you covered! There is also an attachment to latch onto a door for home use 🤙

Check the link in my bio for a discount for The NordStick

Reverse nordics are an excellent quadriceps exercise!

⚠️ be careful tho, if you’re having knee pain this is pretty high level. Big time stretch across the quad, lots of compression at the patella, and requires some good baseline strength

🎥 so I included this banded modification. The bigger your range of motion backwards, the harder it gets. So the band is there to help you in that vulnerable position🤙

❓are you having knee pain?
❓ nagging knee issues stopping you from running or working out?
