MASTERCLASS No. 01

Palm to Palm: Consent and Intimacy on Stage with movement director Nasia Papadopoulou

A kiss. An embrace. A hand that stays a moment too long. The moments an audience remembers happen at close range, and they are exactly the ones actors are almost never taught how to play.

Palm to Palm gives you the tools professional rehearsal rooms use today to stage intimacy with care and with craft. You’ll learn how to say yes, no and « not today » without stopping the work, how to read and respect your partner’s boundaries, and how to choreograph closeness so it lands every single time, without costing you anything.

Then we put it into practice. You’ll be given a text to work on with a partner and bring to life using everything you’ve learned.

All levels welcome, from first-timers to working actors. Every exercise is opt-in, a stage kiss is never required, and watching always counts as taking part.
