As well as it being Endometriosis Awareness Month, March is also MSA Awareness Month🧡

This is why, as you would have seen by my recent stories, I have decided to contribute to the @msatrust 3,300 miles walking challenge.

The link to make a donation is in my bio, any donations or shares will be greatly appreciated!

What I am currently reading and moments over the last week.

I've been attempting to do a 12 hour readathon, it was meant to last a set number of days and it has taken me the majority of the week to set aside time to do it. My brother @matthew_gregory1998 has also been taking part too and he has got through a load more books than I have due to my slow processing and brain fog.

What are you currently reading?

Some photos from yesterday taken during our visit to Whipsnade Zoo.

I loved getting to take photos of the penguins, as well as having a massive laugh at seeing a giraffe run!

Thanks to my brother at being so good at using the map, otherwise I wouldn't have found my way around😅

New read vs previous read (aka the best book I have read this year).

Have you read 'The Silent Patient,' yet?

This a week late but in grand chronic illness fashion, I had an almighty migraine to close June and welcome me into July.

This month there hasn't been as much of the art aspect of my advocacy, I think I needed a break after focusing so much on my work for Mortal and Strong as well as for the Satirev show. However, I am keen to start painting again and get working on my own series I have had to pause due to these commissions.

I had some lovely trips away firstly to Canterbury and then to Norwich for the weekend. My bowel was flaring up a bit and I had bad indigestion on the way to Canterbury however it didn't stop it being a fun day.

In Norwich I was able to visit the Gradfest exhibition with a uni friend and see all the spectacular pieces from the current Fine Art graduates. I was very pleased when they asked me to be a part of their publication, which I also managed to get a copy for keepsakes.

As you all know, I also participated in #gutselfie2025 and was such a freeing experience taking those photographs and advocating for how endometriosis impacts the gut. Thanks to the other girls who helped me in my video.

Other than that I have been doing the odd supply teaching job as well as revising for my theory test, spoiler: I passed. It was amazing getting to work in reception year again and get to see them do beautiful work on the life cycle of a butterfly.

It is with a heavy heart that we tell you all that our wonderful cat, Cleo, died yesterday evening.

Cleo was welcomed into our family back in 2014 and there she stayed for 10 years. Whilst she is physically no longer here, she has left an everlasting gap that will never be filled.

Rest my beautiful girl and give mum a big cuddle from me❤️

Some photos of the animals from today, a visit to @hamertonzoopark!

The changing, lower light brought it's own challenges but I am happy with the results.
