This is something I’ve done for 22 years! Does it work? Best shape of my life!!! I don’t just recommend it, it’s essential for true longevity.
ever stood on a vibration plate and felt every muscle in your body wake up at once?

that’s vibration training. you move through squats, lunges, planks and sculpting work on a platform that vibrates beneath you. depending on the frequency, your muscles contract 30 to 50 times per second. that’s thousands of contractions in a single class, without the pounding on your joints.

what it does for your body:
· increases your metabolism
· builds muscle and creates more bone density
· reduces cellulite
· boosts circulation
· flushes your lymphatic system
· better sleep
· better skin
· longer, leaner, stronger

and the part i love most. you walk out feeling more gorgeous, more beautiful, more alive than when you walked in.

i built platefit because i wanted a workout that made women feel radiant in their bodies, not punished by them. eleven years later, i still believe this is the way forward for fitness. everybody should be doing this.

come feel it for yourself. your first class will tell you everything.

Part of why I started Next Evolution Collective is because I genuinely love bringing people together.

I’ve always believed that everyone has something to offer someone else. A perspective. A skill. An introduction. A way of supporting you that you may not have even known you needed.

And I’ve learned in my own life that things are just better when you have a team around you.

This photo is such a simple example of that.

Kiari Kirk @kiarilk has been my dance instructor for years, and Matthew Day @matthew_j_day is one of my instructors @platefit . They’ve each been such an inspiring and meaningful part of my own wellness journey, in completely different ways.

So of course, I wanted them to meet.

Because sometimes the person who has been part of your village has something to offer someone else’s.

That instinct to connect people is a huge part of why I created Next Evolution Collective in the first place. To bring incredible people together. To make it easier to find the people, practices and resources that can help us through different seasons of our lives.

None of us is meant to do all of this alone.

It takes a village. 🤍

my first 24 hours in LA. well, i landed late, went to sleep and then was at marina del rey for yacht pilates by 9am and i have zero regrets 🌊

The event was hosted by @aloni__ford @yacht_pilates. we showed up and were immediately gifted a matching pilates set from @threads4thought — all of us coordinated on a 130-foot yacht before we even started moving.

@matthew_j_day kicked things off with a dance lesson and i want you to know that his background includes dancing for some of the biggest names in music like @jlo and you feel that energy immediately.

then we moved into pilates by @, slowed it down with yoga and closed with a sound bath. ice cold water the whole time from @ble. i genuinely could have gone home at that point and called it the best morning of the trip.

but then brunch on the @thenorthwindexperience yacht. salmon, fresh vegetables, the most beautiful fruit spread. i took my plate up to the upper deck because why wouldn’t you. then tried aerial yoga by @thewakaway — which everyone needs to try at least once — and then the boat ride out on the water. that was such a great time!

after the event wrapped, i went back and freshened up, dipping noodles and tsujita because that’s just what you do when you’re in LA. and then we got ready for pris’s birthday dinner at the @mulberryla in sawtelle. korean american bistro, moody beautiful space, incredible food and cocktails and then karaoke because of course. this is what a new decade looks like and honestly? i think we’re just getting started 🤍

happy birthday pris! 🎂

What a day! ☀️🛥️💗

Yesterday was one of those experiences that reminds you how good it feels to move, connect, laugh, relax and simply enjoy the moment.

We started our morning at the yacht club by being outfitted in a yoga set from @threads4thought — and side note… their fabrics are SO soft and comfortable. I may have found a new favorite! 😍

We were then hydrated by @bleuviewater … before getting our bodies moving.

And what a setting! Outdoors at the yacht club, surrounded by sunshine, beautiful women and the Marina del Rey waterfront. 🌊☀️

@matthew_j_day got us started with an energizing dance workout that had us moving, smiling and laughing. 💃🏼

Then my namesake @pilateswithrenay led us through Pilates. Yes… we bonded over sharing a name! 😉 Pilates outdoors in that setting was pretty spectacular.

And just when our bodies had been energized, we shifted gears with a beautiful sound bowl experience — giving us a moment to slow down, breathe and simply be. ✨

From there, we headed onto the yacht itself for the rest of the day’s wellness experiences. 🛥️

Wine tasting, massages, lymphatic drainage mini facials, vitamin shots, Duffy boat rides, tarot and chakra readings, AcroYoga and plenty of unexpected surprises along the way.

And I loved seeing @aiwellnesscenters there too, sharing the love and bringing even more wellness into the experience. 💫

But honestly, the very best part?

The connection.

Beautiful women.
Beautiful energy.
Movement.
Laughter.
Relaxation.
Sunshine.
And time spent simply enjoying the moment.

Sometimes wellness isn’t about another thing we need to add to our routine. Sometimes it’s about creating experiences that make us feel alive, connected and joyful.

Yesterday was definitely one of those days. ❤️

Move. Connect. Breathe. Laugh. Soak it all in.
That’s my kind of wellness. 💫

Some of the best investments you’ll ever make have nothing to do with material things.

They have everything to do with the people, practices, and support systems that shape the quality of your life.

For me, these are five that have been worth every penny:

✨ A skilled therapist who helps you understand yourself and not just your symptoms. @drerabinow @steph_kinloch @drcotler
✨ A consistent meditation practice that teaches your nervous system how to slow down. @shantibyalexis
✨ A vibration plate (or PlateFit, if you’re local!) that supports movement, circulation, and overall wellness. @platefit @rachaelblumbergchiprut @matthew_j_day
✨ A trusted body worker who reminds you that stress doesn’t just live in your mind. It lives in your body, too. @therealteralis
✨ A knowledgeable financial strategist who helps you build security and confidence for the future.
