WWOOOOOO I've published a booklet 🥹🫂📖 If you're seeking inspiration to transform the way you work, this booklet is for you. Over the past four years, I've been writing my newsletter @outofoffice.network ➡️ Living in NYC and later exploring different ways of working and living in Mexico, LA, Barcelona, Italy, and Cape Town has given me the opportunity to consult with many individuals: from Airbnb hosts who retired in little towns in Mexico and Italy to embrace the "good life", to an entrepreneur running an artist residency in the Tuscany hills, a farmer decentralizing his business to be employee-led, and many others. Through that, and my culture & community design and consulting work, I constantly observed that the current way of work isn’t working for many of us, starting from the “always-on 9-5 work until you retire “model, which is not made for the different seasons of our lives and rhythms of our days, to the work-above all else mentality and climbing of illusional career ladders. To step into a new future of work, we need IMAGINATION — we need to reimagine how we work. Albert Einstein's quote, "Imagination is more important than knowledge," has stuck with me ever since dancing to it at Beyonce’s Renaissance Tour 💃 Allll of this has led me to publish this booklet of discoveries and viewpoints, in the hope that they’ll inspire you to transform our current culture of work. And since collaboration & community is one of my key values and what brings me joy in life and work, I invited some of my dearest thought partners, collaborators, and friends to co-imagine a new way of working with me! Thank you to my co-writers and co-imaginators Bree Groff, @loria91 @matthew_sim @victorias and all the ones I interviewed, such as Avi, jhguggenb, @ohmygong @andyng92 @dstudelska and many more! And a huuuge thank you to @martikapuntowork for the most beautiful editorial design and @theterrytucker and @esmeraldavelazcoo for driving the OOO brand refresh — I loved working with you all so much and you really made my design dream come to life 🪩 You can order your copy via the link in bio and/or book me for a workshop or session to run your team through the process 💃
