I can't tell you how much I wish I could wish my own father a Happy Father's Day today! And yet on a day like today, I feel beyond grateful for these guys. A moment I'll never forget from this last year was at my wedding when my brothers all took turns dancing with me during the daddy daughter dance ❤️ these three men are all so different but I look up to them and their examples every day! Love you!

Wow. March 24th, 2014, I made the biggest decision of my life by packing my bags, flying 2,500 miles away from my family, friends, and everything I knew, to step into a place that I knew nothing about, had never seen before, and would have no contact with friends, have a monitored phone call with my family once a week, couldn't go anywhere by myself, and would have no access to the drugs, friends, and lifestyle that had defined me. This would ultimately change my life forever, as I've spent the past year learning things about myself and life in general that most people spend their whole life trying to figure out and still never can. I'm certain that I wouldn't be here if I hadn't made that extremely risky choice on that day in March. Telos has given me a second chance at life, and there's nothing I could say or do to repay all of the people in my life that have helped me along this miraculous journey. Last year, I was a drug addict, a person who hated himself and wanted nothing more than to end my life, and a let down to everyone I knew. Today, I'm a person who has potential to do things in the world, and wants nothing more to live each day and succeed everyday. Thank you so much to everyone in my life who has helped me when I couldn't help myself, and continues to help me. These are just a few of the great memories with incredible people that I have experienced in the best year of my life.
