As of this morning TacTribe is fully operational again. While the media we lost has not been recovered yet, the provider is going above and beyond in an attempt to recover it. For now, you are able to re-upload the missing media if you choose or you can simply leave it as it is and one day when scrolling back through profiles and posts we can be reminded of what will be a blip on the radar of all the amazing content TacTribe will display. On a much more positive note, we do have success in the early stages of converting our web based platform into an app based platform. Hopefully this success continues and we can share more on that as things become more solidified. In the meantime, let’s keep the photos and videos posting, chats in the Brand Forums going, and invite all your friends and fellow collectors and makers to sign up! The TacTribe Team - Josh & Matt

So today was a tough one. We were investigating how to migrate our web-based platform to an app-based platform, and suddenly we had quite the catastrophe on our hands. Without getting too technical, there was a massive loss of photos and videos throughout the platform. So when you log back in, you’ll see a lot of empty posts. We didn’t know what we didn’t know and we are deeply sorry and can only shake our heads, learn from our mistakes, and keep moving forward to (re)build our vision for supporting our beloved knife community. If you’re willing, you will be able to reload the missing media, but certainly don’t have to. Needless to say, we have already implemented safety and backup protocols to prevent this from ever happening again in the future. For now, we hope everyone simply views this as a minor setback in the development of, what we hope will be, the best place on the Internet for knife makers and collectors. We sincerely apologize for the error on our part and hope to keep the community discussions going just as soon as things are back up and running. The TacTribe Team - Josh & Matt

NOCKI 2026 In one word, WOW. Words no longer express how much I love getting to do this every year. Hosting NOCKI and having the best makers our community has to offer willing to participate in a show that we put on is the greatest honor of my career in this industry. Thank you to the makers who somehow seem to step up their game every year and bring even more incredible pieces than they did previously. Thank you for putting your trust in us to create an environment and experience for you to showcase your talents. Thank you to everyone who attended this show, without your support it would not be possible. To have some of you come up to me and use a phrase like “awe struck” to describe the venue and our new setup was an incredibly gratifying compliment to receive. While I don’t know where we can possibly go from here, I hope to always strive to provide a better experience than I did the year before. Thank you to my people, Patrick, Jason, Jason, Michael, Eric, Mark, and my wonderful in-laws for helping me pull it off. And most importantly, thank you to my beautiful wife for dealing with the curmudgeon I become in the weeks leading up to the show because I just want it all to be perfect for you guys. Mrs. Patton is the real MVP here. 😘 From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much to everyone. #NOCKI2026

@slicefk_events - 4 years into hosting the NOCKI show and it never disappoints. The World War II museum was an amazing experience! Thanks for everyone who came, the knife makers and attendees, friends and family! And special thanks to @matthewkpatton for working hard all year to make it as good as it can be!

😮‍💨Sometimes there are no words. If you know me then you know I’m a 3 stone girlie. So when Matt gave me my new ring last year, while big and beautiful, I really needed something a little ✨extra✨ to add to it. It might be late as a Christmas gift, but it’s definitely not too little. Thanks babe @matthewkpatton Who’s ready to get started in their own dream ring?

Matt thought he was really funny when he decided to engrave “here’s your big ass rock“ Why engrave? Because the inside of a ring is the perfect place for a secret — a sweet memory, a private joke, or something sentimental only the two of you understand. Whether it’s “Forever & always,” “Your wedding date,” or “Don’t lose me,” engraving makes your ring yours. Funny. Romantic. Personal. All in a few words. What would you engrave inside your ring? #RingEngraving #PersonalizedJewelry #HiddenMessage #SentimentalStyle #EngravedWithLove #CustomRings #InsideJoke #SweetAndFunny #ForeverInScript #SayItWithEngraving #LoveYouMeanIt #RingGoals #WeddingDetails #ItsTheLittleThings
