@kinitrofitness hosted a combine today. And although I didn’t know exactly what was going to happen— what transpired was ahhhhhmazing. The coaches @kinitrofitness are top tier. The community is stellar. We all want to be strong. We all want to see each other win. Oh, and our DJ, @_sheith_ cooooooked.

I’m whooped, but I can’t wait to do it again.

HOUSTON TRAINS DIFFERENT.

HYROX HOUSTON: MIXED RELAYS 😈

Matt. Kyron. Bri. Courtney.
The times never mattered.
We wanted to send it.
Try our best.
Show up for each other.
But most importantly have fun.

Matt. You’ve always been a leader. Thanks for the lift-off setting the tone for greatness.

Kyron, thanks for showing up. *inside joke* But, for real, thanks for training so hard these past few months and jumping into our relay team last minute. You killed it!

Bri. You’re a queen. I’m so proud of you for stepping into the arena and OWNING IT!! You’re a HYROX athlete!

Me. I’d like to thank me for styling the team and making our outfits. If I’m gonna sweat, I have to be cute.

Special shoutout to all our family and friends who came out. We love y’all sooooo much!

Until next time…and there will be a next time. Cheers, team!!!

Simply amazing.

We’re so proud of all our amazing athletes who conquered the Houston Hyrox this past weekend. You put in your dues, and it paid off—congratulations!

Take some time to recalibrate, and then it’s on to the next. Rest assured, we’ll be here every step of the way. 💪🏻
