NM Founder, 15+ years in the gym and a training background that’s changed a fair bit along the way.

Matt started training around 16, moved into Olympic weightlifting in his early 20s, and has spent the last 12–13 years following structured, programmed training.

These days, his approach is more powerbuilding: combining the strength work he’s always loved with bodybuilding, training 2 lower + 3 upper sessions each week.

For this Friday session: heavy pendulums, heavy deadlifts, then accessories to finish.

Different goals. Different training styles. Same place to train them.
