If your athletes could no longer help you win, would they still believe you cared about them?

Coaching is bigger than the scoreboard.
The best coaches don’t just build better athletes — they build better people.

Starting January 2027, we’ll be launching an 8-week FCA Coaches Huddle at Aiga for coaches who want to grow in faith and lead with lasting impact.

Transformational coaching. Gospel-centered leadership. Eternal impact.

More details coming soon.

I was just sharing this to a parent about how dedication is from the child and parent, in 246 days we drove to La Habra at 4:30 in the morning to his mom’s house at that time and mind you I’m use to driving that early to work but for my son to commit to doing this says a lot about his dedication and commitment to the #1 objective and that’s to get noticed and go to a D1 school, like I always tell him and his sister nothing is handed to you guys if you want it go after it and take it. This is my son commitment to his dreams and I’m so proud of him

4× Virginia Academic All-American!

So proud of Troy and the work he has put in over the years—both on and off the field. He has challenged himself in the classroom, on the football field, and through the arts with music, theater, and chorus.

Watching him balance both brain and brawn has been incredible. I’m deeply grateful for the amazing people who have poured into his life and helped shape him into who he is today—a God-loving young man ready for his next adventure.

🏋️Ladies, you carry the baby — he builds the house it grows in.

Wild, right? The placenta, which feeds and supports your baby for nine months, is primarily formed from the father’s DNA. So yes… his health absolutely matters when you’re preparing for pregnancy.

We talk a lot about how women need to prep their bodies (and rightly so), but there’s another half of the equation we can’t ignore.

It’s not just her job to prepare — it takes two:
• A healthy dad = better quality sperm + DNA
• His DNA literally helps form the placenta
• A strong placenta = better nourishment + protection for the baby
• His preconception health impacts baby’s long-term health

So when your kids start asking for a sibling?
Maybe it’s time daddy hits the gym or starts running WITH YOU!

Because let’s be real— it takes two to tango.

Running | health matters | pregnancy | motherhood | hormone health | women’s health | fertility awareness | science is cool | workout together

The Secret to Dominating the Field? Change of Direction! ⚡️

In almost every sport, the ability to rapidly accelerate, decelerate, and change direction is critical. This isn’t just about being “fast”; it’s about having the strength to absorb force, the power to re-accelerate, and the agility to shift your body efficiently.

Why is this crucial?

Enhanced Performance: Outmaneuver opponents, react quicker to the play, and create separation.

Injury Prevention: Stronger muscles and better mechanics reduce the risk of common injuries like ACL tears or ankle sprains that often occur during sudden shifts.

We integrate specialized COD drills and strength work to build truly agile and resilient athletes. Ready to cut, pivot, and explode past the competition? Let’s work! 💪 #ChangeOfDirection #CODtraining #AgilityTraining #SpeedWork #InjuryPrevention #AthletePerformance #SportsSpecificTraining #ExplosivePower #PhoenixAthletes#cavecreekarizona #athleticperformance #sportsperformance #youthsportsdevelopment #athleticdevelopment #mindsetmatters #athletelife
