Defining success gets simpler.
ㅤ
I both go back to how “it” started and move AMS forward with purpose.
ㅤ
“Success is living in alignment with who you are while striving to become better. Success is obsessing over something you were meant to create (which is what you're doing) and then sharing it with those who appreciate it, and then helping others to do the same.”

Go out, find your people, and serve.

That’s your success.

Made this as a concept for @mattverlaque goal was to make the message feel more engaging without taking away from the actual value.

Sometimes the content isn't the problem. It's how the idea is delivered.

It’s going to be okay.

Today went from feeling like my calendar/energy/life was all over the place, out of control, not getting the most important shit done….

To feeling extremely grounded, clear, and on top of the biggest priorities and things that matter to me.

That’s transformation - which is the entire point of coaching - to transform.

Great coaches don’t just help you get the results you want for your business, but your life as a whole. And it’s not just about the results, it’s about how you FEEL on the path to getting them.

In 90 minutes I built an AI Agent that built my perfect week (not some idealistic fluffy version with blocks I never actually follow, one that actually works based on my current reality), audited my current calendar, gave me the step by step plan to fix it, sat with me while I fixed it, and is now going to hold me accountable every Sunday. The agent is helping me invest better into Health, Love, Friends, Wealth, Mission, Hobby (Adventure), and Spirituality. Perfect timing as I head into the last days of 75Hard and am about to free up some time 🙃

The best result from all of this is that my family now gets a better version of me, not the leftover scraps. So grateful @mattverlaque

Think about your Buyer:

What are their Frustrations vs Wants?
What are their Fears vs Aspirations?
What keeps them up at night?
What are they searching or asking AI about?

I was lighting money on fire.

Your company’s Leadership Meeting is one of the biggest levers in your business.

I did this wrong for a very long time.
We diligently met every week and “went through the numbers”.
What this essentially was was me reading the numbers to everyone which
1) made it an “update” meeting
2) took ownership away from everybody else
3) assured I would be the bottleneck in the business.

New format - 90 minutes every other week. Updates are outlawed and only to be in async gchat. Meetings are only about problem solving and decision making.
Agenda:
Numbers
Problems
Decisions

That simple.

Each person reads their own numbers and gives one line for what they’re doing to move the needle. Not some long winded tap dance. Nope. One sentence.

Updates moved to gchat/slack Leadership Team Chat for a daily sync at noon covering:
1. What’d you get done today to move the needle?
2. Priority for tomorrow
3. Anything blocking a decision today?

This async push of info is called leading UP the chain of chain of command, which is often overlooked for its leverage. Not micromanagement it’s about speed and making sure nothing is holding up a decision or project.

When meetings move away from very expensive update sessions to very production problem solving and decision making events you create the ultimate buyback loop of cloning your perspective and thinking. That’s the real win here.

Are you limiting AI in your business to manual advisory or are you moving towards orchestratable and observable? (Precision Momentum Call)

Of course, do no harm, but what about give a sh*t?

We are tired.

Healthcare providers and professionals are tired.

We are human and crying.

We are patients.

Until we put better systems in place, it’s not going to get any better.

That’s why I’m not in “the” system.

It’s why I work with people like @danmartell and @mattverlaque

If this sounds like awesome healthcare, just head to the link in my bio and come check us out.

Most GCs wait for a client to call them. I built something that starts the conversation before they ever pick up the phone.

In under two hours today, using AI and a live build session with my coach, I created a three-minute diagnostic that tells a project owner exactly whether they’re ready for a rough order of magnitude budget. Financing. Site control. Permits. Design completion. Soft costs. All of it, framed through the lens of a developer partner, not just a contractor waiting to be hired.

The construction companies that win the next decade aren’t going to be the ones who show up to the most bids. They’re going to be the ones who show up earlier in the process, before the bid even exists.

AI made this possible in an afternoon. That’s a sign.

Follow along as we build the construction company of the future.
