It’s our last show of 2025! 🎈 Join us as we climb into the New Year with LADDERS, opening Saturday, December 6 from 6-8pm at Base Camp Studios (2407 1st Ave) 🪜 Featuring work from @sunflowerscornerart, @welcomegnome, @ryan_derolf, @maritadingus, @amarasart, @kareykessler, @dhynprd, @angelahcliu_art, @artist.caitlin.rogers, @rstrada22, @sasha_tai_art and @mattwilsonart Why LADDERS? Firstly, why not? Secondly, we’ve spent enough time on Ladders here at Base Camp, renovating and building, installing and hanging to know they’re a beloved tool of dreamers and doers alike 🤘🏽So we thought we’d celebrate new heights with a show 🎉 Flyer art: “Time 2 Celebrate” by @amarasart 💜

Congrats to @mattwilsonart! 🎉 His work “Elon Arson #1” was selected by visitors to our Itty Bitty exhibit as Best in Show. The award comes with a $200 honorarium. About Matt and his work: “I am an artist originally from Eastern Washington, and I have been living in Seattle for the past eight years. My work is primarily interested in capturing spaces that are shaped by our current political climate, and documenting the variety of human reaction to change.” We would agree— @mattwilsonart’s work is relevant! 🔥
