HYROX Cardiff 2026 🏁
What a venue. I did this course last year and said “never again” such a tough track… but somehow, here we are again 😂

This race definitely didn’t go to plan.
Fail to prepare, prepare to fail. The build-up wasn’t ideal, i was unprepared and overthinking which led 2 extra laps. I’m still grateful to get it done and cross that finish line.
What made this one special though was watching one of my best mates take on his very first HYROX after always saying he’d never do one 👏
@carmenyu88 @sieco28 @wongy84 @timchengpt
Seeing him step out of his comfort zone, dig deep, and absolutely smash it made the whole weekend worth it.
That’s what HYROX is really about… pushing yourself, supporting each other, and creating memories with good people 💙

Massive shoutout to @nicdochill always being a amazing cheerleader and the Marco the Magnificent videographer....

Already thinking about the next one 👀
